Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.
1. Keys: Please show a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of checkin to our Front desk associate.
2. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox.
3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.
4. Car parking is on subject to availability at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.
5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.
6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.
In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
1. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection atleast 48 hrs prior to checkin.
2. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We stayed in the apartment on the 8th floor. The apartment was good but:
1) Pictures of the flat in the profile do not match the apartment interior, as well as a view from the window is not the same one as it is on the pictures;
2)There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment with two double beds, but I would say that one bed is definitely double, but another one is more appropriate just for one person;
3) I would not say, that the apartment was extremely clean, there was sticky floor around the garbage can and the toilet was dirty.
4) There were problem with water head in one of the showers;
5) We payed for 2 baby cots in advance and agreed, that they will be in the apartment before we arrive. Cots arrived only in the evening;
6) The dishwasher did not work;
7) The table in the dining room was broken, glass table top did not hold together with one of the table leg, so it pretty inconvenient to use it.
Next morning after we arrived, we called the Host to tell about the dishwasher and the table and they promised to send someone to check and fix everything.. Repairman came after 3 days in the evening before we left. After his visit dishwasher was still not working and the table was not repaired.
For all the inconveniences we got 3 hours later check out free of charge.
I would not say that it was a very pleasant stay. The service was unsatisfactory.
The apartment was on the 12th floor with a nice view. Had a bit of trouble getting there, but when we finally got it it was easy to get around. The apartment was place 2 minutes from the DLR-station Crossharbour.
There were nice furnituring and a bath for each bedroom. It was a bit hot. Tried to set the AC to 20C but I pretty much gave up. No worries as we only stayed in the apartment for the night and breakfast before heading out again the entire week.
Got a nice welcome package with all the info I needed. Nice host to though it was a colleague wo met us and showed us to the apartment.
Would rent again.
Family of 4 for 2 weeks in July 2013 – really enjoyed the apartment (930 of Baltimore Wharf) and location (walking distance from Canary Wharf Underground; no need to transfer to the DLR to reach South Quay or Crossharbour). Take the exit of the Underground towards the DLR and just cross the street on the left and walk through the building. The footbridge will get you close to the Hilton on the other side of the South Dock. The office of House of MoLi is nearby on Marsh Wall. There is a Tesco Express on the same street. There is another one close to the apartment and a ASDA (bigger grocery store) also at walking distance. Pictures on the Airbnb site do not correspond to the apartment but it is similar, spacious and clean. We were told that we were the very first to stay there. The glass ceramic cooktop did not seem to work. We reported the problem; a copy of instructions was left in the apartment but it did not match the model. We used the oven and the microwave oven. Kitchenware was limited to a set of 4 and only one dishtowel.
