Great place, everything you need for a group getaway. unfortunately the neighbourhood disagrees and will gang up and call the police at any sound. The police were called on us 2 hours after we got there. 930pm on Friday. They are angry that the place gets rented out and people have a good time. We were transparent with the manager, told him that it was a surprise birthday for my wife, and we have 15 friends coming. We stated our ages and the situation. He attempted to evict us (at 930pm 2 hours after we got there). To make it worse they are trying to get money for security call outs that didn't happen, extra cleaning and it seems like its a scam. The last people who were there (we found a wallet there and returned it) had the police called on them also. So maybe they shouldn't of accepted us, and only accepted people who go to bed at 9pm like the elderly that live in the neighbourhood.

Hosts were fantastic-very good to deal with, rang me back when I had queries, can't recommend more highly! The area was nice and quiet, easy to access and close to walks and not too far from the beach. Our weekend was a family reunion and there was plenty of space-especially in the large living area. We enjoyed it.
