Single bedroom now fitted with a small double bed, can accommodate two small people, with plenty of floor space remaining, lots of light, available for young professional or short visits to the area.
Depending on your needs, we can offer a double bedroom or a single bedroom. Our place is located on the edge of Richmond Park, in a very quiet road, close to Sheen woods with easy access into the park. Great for bike rides, walking in nature, and generally enjoying lush green outdoors whilst still being very close to London. The train station, where you can take the tube or overland trains, is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute journey by bus. The bus route is 2 minutes from our front door. If you want to stay local, wander down to the river front and take tea at Petersham Nurseries. As the owner occupier, I will be your host.
I generally only accept bookings from people with a fully completed profile with reviews and references. Please do not request to stay here if you are a smoker. Thank you.

I stayed with Liz for 3 nights while attending a course in Richmond. Liz was a great host, easy to get along with and very welcoming. Liz's home provided a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, the interior was clean and quirky and I loved the piano in the front garden!! I will definitely stay with Liz again and recommend her to others.
I think it was a great idea to find a nice house in Richmond !
We had a lovely time staying with Liz. She is a very great host!, helpful, nice, friendly, understanding, informative and patient! She gave us useful advices in the travelling. She took care of us in the bad weather! The house is comfortable and warm, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is good and my room was simple, but clear and I loved the nice beddings! Thanks again, Liz! There are a lot of wardrobes and a big mirror in the bigger room, so my colleagues were satisfied too.
The house is really close to the Richmond Park, quiet and nice, the enviroment is beautiful, we saw so many birds! It is very easy to reach bus stops, and easy to get to the Richmond Station by walk or by bus, which is the last station of the
District line and so easy to travel to the centre of London! And it is easy to reach the Waterloo station too.
I really recommend it!
Richmond is "rich", the life is slower and more relaxed than in London's centre, the buildings, the gardens and the bank of the river are wonderful.
This was my first experience on Airbnb and couldn't have been better!
I stayed with Liz for two weeks while working in London. From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcome and totally at ease. Liz was so friendly, really interesting and easy to talk to. The room was perfect for what I needed. Clean and tidy with plenty of storage. I would definitely stay with her again in the future.
