Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

The space
You have all you need in this 185 sq ft tiny space. It is an original, hand crafted tiny home. Queen mattress in the loft area (it is up a few large steps to climb into loft), full size shower and toilet. Loveseat folds out to twin size bed if needed (just let us know when you book so we can provide sheets). Front porch has a swing and chairs, and the deck has rocking chairs for relaxing the day away. You can eat indoors or outdoors on the deck. A grill and propane is provided for you. Also included is wood for the fire pit.
Our homestead is 28 acres, and we live and work primarily on this property. Feel free to hike through the woods, down to the creek, and the pasture around the barn.
We are only 4 miles off interstate 59 which makes us convenient for planning your travels but you feel secluded down our dead-end country road!

Guest access
Please note there are goats and chickens on property. We have barn cats, Tiny and Haven, who are very friendly and sweet. We ask that you not feed the animals other than the snacks we designate and leave inside the tiny home in the mason jar. You are welcome to enter the goat areas. Please be sure to close and secure all gates when you walk in and out. Goats are sneaky and will slide out right behind you!! And please do not chase the animals. They are friendly but like humans can sometimes be a little hesitant.

Other things to note
Since this is an outdoor setting, please be aware there are animals that come through the property. You may see deer, turkey, and there could be other wild animals that pass through the creek. Snakes could be present as well. Please be mindful of your step and know that you are exploring their space as well.

Me and my husband Scott, love to travel, hike, explore new places and enjoy time outside. We are working on the farm if we are not working our day jobs! After too many years living in a big city we decided to slow down and breathe some fresh country air. The hustle and bustle of Tiny Haven is watching the Goats play! We love to meet new people and have a fire side chat! Come slow down for a few days and enjoy nature!
