The space
Located in the quiet coastal style neighborhood near the popular Yacht Club and beach Sunnybelle is in an excellent area for walking, jogging, and enjoying the SWFL views! It boasts the best location with everything closeby yet tucked away from traffic and noise! The house welcomes guests with tons of natural light and a front door view to the pool as you enter! Views of the famous Cape Coral canals are just out the front window as well. The spacious interior includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (1 with tub), and an open concept living and kitchen area complete with a raised bar and coffee nook. A bonus space is located just off the kitchen to allow more indoor seating and a fun photo backdrop wall! A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for guest convenience. Outside you can enjoy the FL sun on the large covered lanai. The outdoor space has ample seating, Smart TV, lounge chairs, and a grilling patio with gas grill. This home truly has the classic and colorful Cape vibe with modern updates for comfort.

Guests are welcome to the entire home, yard, and driveway. Garage and one hall closet are used as an owner’s closet.

Other things to note
Child Safety pool screen located on property and available for use. A high chair and pack&play available upon request. Cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and some pool toys/floats on site for guests to enjoy!

Please note we are in a tropical climate in Cape Coral. While the property receives regular pest service, please note insects and lizards may enter the home if windows or doors are opened. We do not offer refunds due to acts of God, or weather incidents.

My husband Mike and I are from Kentucky, but have fallen in love with SWFL as our second home for the past 8 years! We are blessed with a small piece of the Cape paradise to share with guests! Our homes were built in the early 1960s just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland" so we aimed to keep some old FL charm while offering updated amenities.
