Tim was very welcoming upon my slightly early arrival, showed my the flat and where all the bits and bobs were. Flat was great as was the location.
Great location and base for exploring Nottingham. Photos very accurate, place was clean and everything needed was there.
Tim was great. Prompt and helpful. A great flat in the middle of town and so quiet too.
Will come back
Tim made us most welcome and suggested a few places to eat out. The studio flat was ideally placed to explore Nottingham centre.
Tim was extremely accommodating with my last minute early arrival. The apartment was the perfect size and very quite throughout all times of the day. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk to the heart of the down town area. I would absolutely stay here again!
My boyfriend and I stayed a night at the lovely apartment and would definitely recommend it.
It was in a very desirable part of the city, walking distance to buses and trains. It was a busy area but the apartment was on a quiet street.
The facilities in the apartment were great. There are even a couple of items left for you to use!
There was a little noise coming from a neighbouring apartment late but nothing so bad that it interrupted our sleep.
Tim was very good when contacting him. Very quick to respond and always very helpful!
The apartment was lovely and with it being situated in central town everything is readily accessible.
Tim is really accommodating and welcoming, really enjoyed our stay!! Recommend this to anyone staying in Notts.

A man of the outdoors and adventure at heart. Also a keen fitness enthusiast enjoying long distance running, road biking and mountain biking. I'm currently training towards my first endurance ultra marathon race and a triathlon.
My favourite travel destination is the USA, especially Yosemite, closely followed by the Rockies in Canada. Probably my biggest epic adventure has to be my trek to Everest Base Camp - extremely fulfilling, yet demanding and inspirational too.
I love to travel light.... that is with a small rucksack and minimal items to keep me going. Travelling is all about enjoying freedom without the typical daily stuff getting in the way.
Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. Its more typical of me to be the quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate and discussion about almost anything.
Love to cook (but certainly no expert) - favourite speciality is Thai green curry at the moment - also a sucker for traditional English puddings....
In the last few years I've enjoyed travelling in South America, North America & Canada - In 2014 I've been focussing on developing my business and in 2015 I'm looking forward to exploring new adventures!
