If you are looking for a central location, you've found it. The good news is, although situated in the heart of Nottingham's Lace Market , the apartment still enjoys peace and quiet. The city transit tram is literally just 3 mins walk from the building entrance taking you to Nottingham Train Station, Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham Goose Fair site.

On the doorstep is Nottingham's well known Ice Arena which is literally within 2 minutes walk. The Capital FM Ice Arena plays host to all major music concerts and entertainment events such as Disney on Ice, Beyonce, Bruno Mars and Cold Play, plus many more.

Within minutes are bars, restaurants, deli's, shopping, and museums. Nearby is the famous Galleries of Justice, Lace Market Museum, Nottingham Castle and centuries old - labyrinth of caves beneath city.

You are only 10 minutes away on foot to Nottingham Train station with trains to London taking only 120 mins, leaving hourly. Cycle hire is also available from the local tourist information centre.

On arrival we provide free tea and coffee supplies, a small range of breakfast cereals and other essentials.

  • First, I have to say the the flat exceeded my expectations once I arrived. Everything was meticulously placed and super clean, yet still gave me the feeling like I had already been staying there. Comfortable bed, cute flat layout, full size kitchen, iron and a slick bathroom. Add on top of that the location and the aMAAAzing southern indian restaurant (Kayal) just down the street, and you've got yourself a winning combination!

As for Tim, SUPER nice guy! He puts plenty of information regarding Nottingham and was more than accommodating with my arrival. Check-out is easy since you just leave the keys in a lock box. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!!

A man of the outdoors and adventure at heart. Also a keen fitness enthusiast enjoying long distance running, road biking and mountain biking. I'm currently training towards my first endurance ultra marathon race and a triathlon. My favourite travel destination is the USA, especially Yosemite, closely followed by the Rockies in Canada. Probably my biggest epic adventure has to be my trek to Everest Base Camp - extremely fulfilling, yet demanding and inspirational too. I love to travel light.... that is with a small rucksack and minimal items to keep me going. Travelling is all about enjoying freedom without the typical daily stuff getting in the way. Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. Its more typical of me to be the quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate and discussion about almost anything. Love to cook (but certainly no expert) - favourite speciality is Thai green curry at the moment - also a sucker for traditional English puddings.... In 2012 I enjoyed travelling in South America, North America & Canada - In 2013 I've been focussing on developing my business and in 2014 I'm looking forward to exploring new adventures!
