Large bright double attic floor with en-suite bathroom and living area.with TV. Double bed . Large L shaped sofa, wardrobe, kettle and mini fridge. Share kitchen with friendly owners and dog. By cricket field, river, canal, woods. Lots of lovely walks. Great for cycling, the canal towpath (route 66) is moments away and we are also close to the Pennine bridleway and Pennine Way. Secure cellar to store bikes. Off road parking. Midway between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge and on a good bus route.

Please note - the attic floor is reached by 3 flights of stairs - or 2 of you come in the front door rather than the car parking space at the back
