A new & beautiful apartment in the heart of Miraflores, safe clean & lovely!
The apartment has two separate rooms and a living room space with a street-facing porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living-room.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom & a shower. Another bathroom ("guest" bathroom) is in the main space.
Doorman, intercom, parking, WiFi, Cable TV, DVD player, Washing Machine & Dryer and a fully-stocked kitchen.
The Apartment is located in a quiet area in Miraflores on a wide avenue which allows for a nice open view of the street when sipping your cold beer on the balcony... ;)
A few minutes away from the 'Larcomar' mall and the 'Malecon' boardwalk and not a minute walking distance from public transportation to the business centre of Lima or any other place a bus will take you.
Lots of fine restaurants around, casinos, shops & bars in the nearby streets (but not on mine! mine is residential & tranquil!).
Easy, quiet & comfortable.
The reservation was canceled 6 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Great location , well priced everything I needed was there.
Met the owner, lovely lady and I shall return.
I had a great stay at Ximena's place! The appartment is clean and practical. The balcony is a great for morning coffee or a evening beer! Ximena was traveling but her brother was available for any questions. I picked and left keys downstairs. There was someone there 24/7. Wifi worked well! The location was good, rather easy access to everywhere and Taxis were always easily available. It is not right in the center, of things but close. Shops, cafés and restaurants near by. Miraflores center 10-15 walk away. Loved Lima and Peru! I can easily recommend Ximena's place.
Great location. Shops such as Metro & Vivanti, on Avenida Benavides, and Tottus Express beyond the Parque Reducto, are within a 10-12 minute walk. Much of Miraflores is also within walking distance, and I'd particularly recommend two restaurants in the locality -- Trattoria Don Vito, just around the corner, facing the park, and Saqra, on Avenida de la Paz, just off Avenida Benavides.
Host Ximena Diaz was away at the time, so I was left to pick up the keys from the concierge. The apartment is spacious, but lacks a few things that would make it better -- and I've written to Ximena about these.
Ximena’s place was awesome! I was happy to arrive to a clean and spacious apartment. I loved how close it was to everything, 5 mins walk to Wong - amazing supermarket, 3 mins walk to a nice coffee shop and a nearby bank with atm. Great park, parque Reducto was also nearby like 2 mins away by foot. Since it is in Miraflores district which prides itself on great security, I have always felt safe walking late around the area. The place itself was big and well laid out. Kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker, and lots of plates and cooking supplies. Bedroom had a lot of closet space if you are into it. 2 bathrooms were nice and big. 2nd bedroom has a washer and dryer (which is rare for Lima, usually just a washer at most) and a nice bed to sleep, if you need someone to crash at your place. My brother came to visit me, while I was staying at Ximena’s apt. and he felt comfortable there. I would say overall apt. is good for 3 - 4 people. It also had a big balcony which I used a couple of times to drink coffee and wine. Ximena was also very responsive to my questions and needs and overall presented herself as a nice and caring host. A+++
The host responded to my requests without major delay. Apartment is located in nice neighbourhood.
The apartment was well located in a nice and central area of Miraflores.
It was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and the main bedroom was ok, but the second one was literally a laundry room. The owner placed the washer/dryer machine in a closet and the remainder of the “bedroom” was very small with barely any space surrounding the “bed” which was actually a very small futon. The room should not have been advertised as a bedroom.
I found old sheets and old towels, they could be upgraded.
The accessories in the kitchen were dirty, I contacted the owner, and she said that it was cleaned by the cleaning lady, but it was literally very dirty. I had to hire somebody to do a thorough cleaning.
The couch in the living room was very old and dirt was stuck on the back of the couch. It was beige but looked gray due to its old and dirty condition.
I had booked the place for two months and had to cancel my second month due to these issues.
This apartment is not worth the $1400 asked in Airbnb.
The owner was available to solve minor issues (security in the bedroom window, water issues in kitchen sink etc.) but I was stuck with the 2nd room which was not a bedroom and with the dirty couch in the living room.
I will not recommend this as a 2 bedroom apartment, way too expensive.
Daisy send a friend before to rent the apartment, and she saw the apartment and like i always do with all my guess i explained and show that room. So it wasnt a surprise at all. I show it before. After this she was complaining about everything, all the time, she said that the stuffs were dirty, and they werent. She was very annoying. And i did everything she ask. She rent the apartment for two months and i let her canceled it before and i gave her all the money without saying nothing she also wrote me saying thanks and everything, and becasue of this i lost money. But i didnt say anything. I read after that what the last person wrote about her and now i regret i didnt saw it before.
I'm an actress, I travel a lot and always happy to meet fellow travellers. This is my private apartment I'm offering - not a business one.
I'm always happy to help, guide and make people's stay in Lima an enjoyable one.
