The Space

Very homey one bedroom apartment with a large living room space, office, kitchen, and storage space on the Lakefront right downtown Milwaukee. The apartment is in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods often called Millionaire Row. It is a quiet area, but you can access anything downtown from the apartment. Across the street is a beautiful park and a few blocks down is the gorgeous Calatrava art museum. Within 4 blocks is Cathedral Square, filled with pleasant restaurants and Jazz in the Park during the summertime. You can get groceries within about a 4 block walk from the excellent Metro Mart.
The apartment has a full bed and two couches along with plenty of fresh blankets and sheets to accommodate up to 4 people.

**Update** We now offer an air mattress if there is a fourth or more guest!

  • A cozy little place in a wonderful location. Great space and easy to communicate with the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and experience working with Crystal + Sean.

  • The place was a little older than we thought; it did not have air conditioning and I'm not sure if I overlooked that in the details, or if they failed to mention it. The place could be cleaner. With updates, the place could be really neat. The location was good for Summerfest.

  • A charmingly "vintage" apartment that provides all the necessary features and particularly a great location. Good value and flawless process.

  • Clean apartment in vintage building- loved the gated elevator! The location is excellent. I was in town on business, and after working 12 hour days, it was great to get "home" and walk across the street to the park overlooking the lake. Walking distance to the lakefront, many museums and good restaurants. Sean's mother met me at the apartment to check in and was accommodating in every way. I hope to stay again next year when I have business in Milwaukee.

  • The host was out of town, but his mother helped us check in. The apartment is walking distance to the lake and downtown, and very cozy.

  • Crystal and Sean were great hosts! Their condo is cozy and located in a lovely spot for great views of the lake. To add, many attractions and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. Crystal and Sean had great recommendations for local places to eat and get drinks. I highly recommend staying here.

  • Crystal and Sean's place was a great location for us. Right in downtown close to the lake and the rivers in the historic district. We were pleased to be able to hit the Milwaukee Art Museum -- cool building! Minutes to the airport! Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the great location!

  • This was a great place to stay. Perfect location, for all kinds of walking trips. Lake is close, downtown, the river. Crystal and Sean were very laid back and made us feel welcome. Definitely will come back again.

About
I'm from Milwaukee, WI but work wherever my camera takes me! I run a production company based out of Wisconsin, but travel for work in Chicago, NYC, or anywhere the wind takes me. I'm a college graduate from Marquette University and studied advertising but am currently focused on my long term goal to work as a director for short narrative commercials, fashion films, and entertainment videos. In my spare time, I'm usually found planning business ventures, planning trips, taking a million pictures, or keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Overall, a funny but smart and witty, hardworking character :) Note in advance for those trying to schedule a stay, I do travel for work very frequently and have pretty chaotic, alway surprising schedule so I sometimes have limited access to email for responding but do my best! Due to the nature of my job, I generally do not book more than 2 months out. A blessing to have an adventurous life, so please be patient with my unknowing on availability for requests far out in date. Thanks!
