This unique houseboat offers a tranquil escape right in the heart of Kingston, NY. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the deck as you watch the sunrise paint the sky over the scenic Rondout Creek. One bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. A fully equipped kitchenette for light meals.
A cozy living area that converts into a sleeping space for two additional guests.
A private bathroom. A spacious deck with stunning views of the creek and nature. Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Other things to note
Please be aware this is a boat and should be treated as such. It is located in a very protected area but still moves with the wind and current. It is not suitable for younger kids or some pets that get motion sick. Another important note is the marine sanitation device (toilet). The system is very sensitive and only human waste and the supplied marine toilet paper can get flushed.
