The apartment is a higher floor beautifully designed modern apartment block, located in a convenient neighborhood, with fast and well-maintained elevators. There is a clean rooftop infinity pool that is treated daily and a fully equipped gym that is available to all guests. The apartment also has a pool lounge area where you can relax with your family and friends, have a meeting, read by the pool, or bask in the sun. There is plenty of free parking with 24/7 security guards available. The security detail and 24/7 camera surveillance are there to ensure you are safe and protected. When you have a guest or delivery, the security guards call you through the intercom in the apartment to confirm if you are expecting anyone/thing.

This Apartment is within close proximity to Westlands Square, Rhapta Square, Sarit Center, One Africa building, grocery stores, restaurants, Yaya Center. The apartment's location is ideal for someone working in Westlands, Riverside Drive, Upper Hill, Waiyaki Way, Kilimani, Hurlingum, and the CBD. We are happy to recommend a few places to eat or grab a drink in the area.
