The space
The penthouse was renovated to maximize the awe inspiring views. One of the original bedrooms was removed in order to provide the unique panoramic city, water, & mountain vistas that far surpass in any hotel. Unlike other units in the building this rare penthouse level SW corner suite has over 50 feet of windows making you feel like you're on an observation deck. The property was accepted in the AirBNB Plus program but the owner has declined due to their photo restrictions.

With 1000+ Sq Ft of air conditioned living space and 2 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 4 with King & Queen beds and can accommodate up to 6 with an optional portable Queen set up.

This is a dedicated vacation rental designed to provide guests with memorable experiences while enjoying the best of Seattle. A fully stocked modern kitchen, designer furniture, air conditioning, Gigabit Internet, LED TVs with Roku + YouTubeTV, and professional design help to complete the luxury vacation experience. The owner is a veteran of the hospitality industry and knows how to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all of the building's top of the line amenities which include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, club room, outdoor patio with BBQ, free reserved underground parking spot, and best of all a full Target store in the basement. This is super convenient when it rains. Put on your slippers and take the elevator down to pick up your favorite beer, wine, & groceries as late as 11PM.
