Sean and Lyn were in constant communication with me before arrival and met me promptly hand over the keys and explain all necessary information.
I will definitely stay there agin if available.

Our stay at Sean and Lyn's condo was perfect. The views are exceptional and everything you need in the city is in walking distance or by city bus. Sean was there to greet us and give us a tour of the building and it's amenities, which are many.

Alright, gonna keep this straight and to the point: this place was PERFECTION! Perfect location in the heart of Melbourne in the Arts District, right near the Yara River, Federation Square, the graffiti clad Laneways, all in walking distance. The room itself is beautiful and very chic. Clean, towels!, and the showers, ahh the showers!! My group of 4 had a great time. Book book BOOK you will not regret it!!!
My parents really enjoyed their stay at this lovely apartment. It is big enough and very clean. It is great to have two separate bathrooms and toilets. Super fast wifi internet too! The location is excellent. Walking distance to CBD and botanic gardens. Sean is very friendly and easy going too. As I am local we did not require much of his assistance with traveling but I am sure Sean and Lyn are able to assist you with any of your needs.

Enjoyed our stay in this light, airy, modern apartment. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great and the combined kitchen / lounge provided for all our needs. Great city views for both daytime and night, completed the appeal for this apartment which is conveniently located within walking distance to pretty much everything in central Melbourne.
We loved the large lap pool, gym and steamroom, but a real unexpected bonus was the lovely, large, well lit, rooftop area with it's 300 degree views of the Melbourne skyline; An excellent spot for a BBQ and a drink at the end of the day.

This is a great apartment if you need two bedrooms and want to be close to the CBD or arts precinct. Beautifully yet simply appointed, it has great views of the city and is nice and quiet. The tram is right out front, or you can walk to downtown. I'll be back!
