Enjoy my stylish home in Jefferson Park, one of the coolest neighborhoods in Denver - steps from downtown, walking distance to Denver Broncos' Empower Field, nearby Meow Wolf, the Highlands, LoHi, and many of the city's best restaurants and attractions.

The space
Enjoy vintage and modern decor in my historic townhome, alongside super cozy accommodations. Convenient for vacation rentals, travelers visiting family or friends in Denver, and corporate rentals, the home features original exposed brick, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings, and beautiful window coverings.

You won't beat the central location of my place. On a quiet street, in one of Denver's hippest areas, it's convenient to downtown, the airport, Broncos games, Meow Wolf, Elitch Gardens, the convention center, Denver Center for Performing Arts, Union Station, ski resorts, hiking, camping, and a whole lot more.

You'll have plenty of space to rest and relax, with two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two full bathrooms, and a large kitchen.

A short 5-7 minute Uber ride to Union Station's A-Line train will take you direct to Denver International Airport.

The entire space is available to you during your stay. There are no keys to worry about - you'll receive your personalized door and alarm codes with your arrival instructions.

Please note, the basement and garage are off-limits. Please do not use or move the owner’s items in the far left side of the upstairs bedroom closet or the bottom right dresser drawer. All other areas are available for your use.

Other things to note
Smoking / Marijuana: While there are many purveyors of tobacco and marijuana close at hand, sorry, this home is not smoke or 420 friendly. Smoking is permitted outdoors or on the back deck only. Guests who smoke indoors, or who leave behind the smell of marijuana or cigarette smoke for any reason, will be assessed an additional cleaning fee not less than $500.00.

The home is in a residential area -- please be courteous to the neighbors and observe quiet time, inside and outside, between 10:30PM and 8:00AM. Parties and events are not permitted.

Alarm System Note: The house is equipped with alarm system for your optional use. You will receive your own unique code. Please remember to disarm the system when you enter the house.

Neighborhood highlights

Jefferson Park is a fantastic neighborhood -- a safe one, with lots of history as well as brand new development. Within just a few blocks you'll find excellent bars and dining, including Araujo’s, Ros Siam Thai, Red Tops, Curry & Grill, Briar Commons, Chili Verde, Snarf's (and Snarfburger!), The Federal Bar & Grille, Jefferson Park Pub, Sweet Action Ice Cream, 2914 Coffee, and Sexy Pizza. It's a short walk to Broncos games at Empower Field. Great Denver attractions like Meow Wolf, the Downtown Aquarium, Children's Museum, and Jefferson and Confluence Parks are also easily reached on foot. There's a major grocery store (with one of the area’s cheaper gas stations) just two blocks away. Super easy access to I-25 and I-70, too!

Further afoot, a longer walk or fun bike ride gets you into downtown Denver, LoHi, the Highlands, West Highlands, Sloan's Lake, or the CU Denver/Metro State U campus.
