This stylish waterfront loft is perfect for experiencing lake life. The modern two bed, one bath apartment is only a few steps from the water with large views of the lake from every window. The Lake White Marina bar, private boat ramp, boat dock, recreation fuel, and paddle sports are all on property. The deck is great for an early morning cup of coffee while the fog is still on the water and our colorful sunsets are beautiful and rarely disappoint.

There are 8 steps down to the apartment.

The space
Newly remodeled open floor plan with two queen bedrooms. Private deck with wonderful sunset views. Large green common area shared with two full time residents.
The bar and food truck are open on summer weekends from 11a-9p. May stay open later for special event weekends. Check out Lake White Marina on Insta and FB to see upcoming events.
Pontoon rental available through Lake White Boat Rental, LLC.

Guest access
Parking for two vehicles and one boat/jetski trailer. Guests have access to discounted paddle sport rentals including canoe, kayaks and paddleboards via the Lake White Boat Rental which is open seasonally. Common areas include large yard, private boat ramp, boat dock and covered waterfront lounge area.

Other things to note
Notice to Boaters:
Lake White lowers the water level approximately 4 feet to winter pool the beginning of November. Water starts to raise the beginning of April. Please contact host with any questions.

The Sunset Loft is located on the unique Lake White hidden in the foothills of Southern Ohio. It is an unlimited HP lake surrounded by private homes limiting access to one public beach, shelter house and boat launch located at the State Park. This lake offers the ability to paddle the gentle head waters as well as ski, surf, tube ect. On property Lake White Marina offers water access, paddle sport rentals, Recreation Fuel and excellent seasonal food services.
