Close to Lake Erie, Peek N Peak, Wineries, North East Marina, Findley Lake NY, and Lake Erie Speedway. This 3 acre property has a porch and concrete patio in the back for entertaining. The space
Has all the comforts of home and much more. Guide book of local wineries and restaurants for your convenience is located on the table. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. There is a pack-n-play located in the downstairs bedroom. High Chair in the garage. Coloring books, crayons, children’s books and games located in the dresser in the garage. Dice, decks of cards, farkle and Yahtzee all located in the drawer of the bar inside the garage. We do our best to supply you with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The Gathering Place was designed for Quality time with friends and family.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and garage except the basement. Please do not arrive before 4pm without prior approval.

NO PARTIES. NO LARGE EVENTS THROUGH AIRBNB.
Only registered guests allowed—violations will result in immediate removal with no refund.
We are happy to accommodate small, pre-approved gatherings; prior to booking and must comply with Airbnb policies.
Important:
Large events, weddings, or parties are NOT permitted to be booked through Airbnb.
If you are interested in hosting a larger gathering, this must be arranged separately and will require additional agreements, insurance, and coordination.
Any attempt to host a large gathering or “pop-up party” through an Airbnb reservation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• Gatherings over 10 people require portable restroom facilities due to septic limitations
• Proof of event insurance is required for any approved gathering
• The number of overnight guests must match your reservation

• The home operates on a water filtration system that runs a cleaning cycle (typically after midnight), during which water may be temporarily unavailable
• Firewood is not provided—please bring your own
• The pull-out couch is available but may not be as comfortable as standard beds

• Early check-in is not permitted without prior approval
• Exterior security cameras are in place for property protection and monitoring when the home is vacant. There may be a camera in the living which you may unplug upon arrival.
