This home was designed with its roofline to mimic a special part of the Catalina Mountains. With floor to ceiling windows, the views of the mountains are spectacular! The interiors are interesting with many angles and gorgeous slate walls.
Note: Pricing is seasonal. Relax among majestic foothill views of the Santa Catalina Mountains in a residence designed and lived in by architect Stephen Robinson. The roofline design, mimicking the Blackridge Bluffs of the Santa Catalinas is oriented to maximize gorgeous views on an acre of natural desert vegetation. A two bedroom (both with king size beds), two bath, angular design has the comforts of home-a large flat screen TV, cable TV and internet, gourmet kitchen (fully stocked with cooking necessities, dishes and plenty of utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc), linens (bed linens and towels), laundry room, outdoor sitting areas and hot tub, for maximum enjoyment. Nestled in an active riparian corridor, this area is abundant with desert wildlife such as birds (family of Gambel Quail frequent the property daily), javelina, coyotes, desert hares, ground squirrels,and wild cats. The house has two bedrooms each with a king size bed and full bathroom and private sitting areas open to the outdoors. Off of Sabino Canyon Road, the residence is close to popular hiking area Sabino Canyon, golf courses and great restaurants. House can accommodate five people. Rates are based on double occupancy.
While our intent is that all guests enjoy their stay, based on the actions of others, we have had to implement a new policy.
Please note: We don't allow group gatherings at all, other than the 1-4 people in your reservation. When reserving this house, we will ask for the names of all people staying with you. We will meet with you upon arrival to ask for drivers license information or ID of all people (other than children) staying at our house. If you are caught hosting a group gathering, we will evict with no refunds. It is unfortunate that due to the dishonest actions of others, that we now have this rule. Your renting this house indicates that you are in agreement with this rule and its penalties.

Other things to note
Please note that we require a four night stay during the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and a week's stay minimum during the Christmas holidays. As the dates get closer to these holidays, and we haven't rented the place, we can adjust this policy-please ask.
We do have a camera on the front side of the to verify entry and to be sure the property is safe. We will count the number of guests going into the house and if you bring any pets and confirm this information with the information you provided us when you made your reservation. So, should anything change please contact ahead of time.
PLEASE READ: We gladly rented our home to you: Please be respectful of this property; this is not a frat house, we don't allow parties-ASK FIRST if inviting friends over. We expect guests to leave it like they found it so others may enjoy it as well.
No smoking allowed except near mail box. Pets have to be approved and there is a pet fee of $15/night per pet (no cats, sorry!). Sneaking in unpaid guests will result in immediate eviction with no refunds-we consider it stealing. Your paying for this reservation indicates that you will abide by all rules and understand and agree to the penalties if rules are broken. Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am. Early check ins are possible if we have no one leaving the day of your arrival and will incur a $40 early check in fee. We cannot accommodate those wanting to check out after 11am, due to our cleaning staff's schedule.
