We so enjoyed our stay at Jenna's!! She is very welcoming and made us feel at ease. This is only our second airbnb experience and it was great! Our son lives nearby, so it was a great location for us. The room was comfortable and the bed was the best! Jenna is the perfect hostess!!
It is a very old but sweet apartment, the location is close to everything and the room is comfortable with a very nice warm heater and a big closet....the host Jenna is a very nice girl that get everything ready for the stay in time.
It is a great place and a wonderful time that shared.
my stay at jenna's was wonderful. i was able to be within a five
mile radius of a wedding, reception, and visits with the groom and
bride during my 3 night stay.
jenna helped accommodate two friends stay with me. her hospitality was genuine and a great way for us to all be together. we were able
to park either with a permit and/or no permits needed on weekends.
jenna has peaked my interest to learn more of the historical and park regions of the city. she had many suggestions to help one enjoy
a stay in the wilmington area.
definitely recommend a stay with jenna.
Staying at Jenna`s Apartment is a pleasure for everyone. I really enjoyed the 4 nights there in Wilmington. Her home is cozy an even in winter comfortable warm. Everything is very tidy and the fridge is always full. Jenna cares for everything you need and will ask for your needs. If you want to talk Jenna will be there and start a conversation to you. If you need a rest and be for your own, she will accept it. She definitely has a feeling that people feel comfortable in her presence. After a few minutes I definitely felt like being at home. All organization issus happened without any difficulty. At my last day we walked together with her dog and the dog of a friend through the nearby brandywine park. It was really a nice day I she told me a lot of things about Wilmington and its citizens.
Last but not least! The bed is a dream. It is amazing and absolutely comfortable. It feels like sleeping on clouds.
I really recommend Jenna`s Apartment as Number 1, while staying in Wilmington.
Jenna was, once again, a wonderful host in Wilmington DE. This was my second stay (Sara stayed in Raleigh), and Jenna was gracious that I came back again. The bed is amazingly comfy and her place is very convenient to everything in Wilmington. She makes sure you feel at home. Jenna is an excellent host and I can't wait to come back again soon! :)
Jenna was a wonderful host and her apartment was well maintained The bedroom was good with a queen sized bed. She provided good options for things to do in Wilmington and the surrounding area.
I was unable to make my reservation due to illness but Jenna was very easy to communicate with and understanding. She's *incredibly* nice and I've saved her listing as a favorite for my next foray into her city. Keep doing what you do, Jenna!
Jenna was sooo very helpful & a wonderful hostess. You will definitely feel at home here.
My recent stay with Jenna was wonderful. I, too, grew up in Wilmington, but our family home was just sold and I needed a place to stay for my visit. Jenna was gracious, warm and hospitable. She provided choices for breakfast and a very comfy room. The home is quite charming, organized and clean and in a lovely part of town nearby to Brandywine Park and loads of good eats. Jenna's kitties and dog Kiwi are also very welcoming. I would certainly book with Jenna again...she's got the pulse of the happenings in town and a cushy bed! Thanks so much Jenna. It was a real pleasure meeting you.
Jenna was a great host for my 4-week stay in Wilmington, DE. In fact, I don’t think I could have found a better host or location. From my very first day, she left cute and extremely helpful notes around the apt with instructions while she was still at work. Her home is tidy, well decorated (think IKEA!) and has everything to make a person feel at home. She provided breakfast, coffee, bathroom towels, closet hangers, and misc. things that I needed to be comfortable. The room I stayed in is exactly as pictured and was nicely furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, closet, and a small desk and then we shared the bathroom. She has a small dog and a couple cats which she kept in her room. Street parking wasn’t a problem at all and the location is wonderful. There is a beautiful 2-mile trail along the Delaware river that can be reached from the front door within a few minutes and Philadelphia is a short drive (~25min) away. Jenna and I actually hung out a couple times and I feel like I gained a friend through airb&b. Overall, my stay in Delaware and with Jenna was fantastic and I genuinely recommend Jenna for future airb&b-ers.
