Exactly what the post says! It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re not one to stay in all day. Like he mentions it gets hot, but that’s what the beach is for right! Haha it was a perfect place to sleep and shower, for a great price, and I loved the location.

The studio is just as described. It is also close to restaurants, stores, and freeway. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive, comfortable, and clean place to stay. Phil is also quick to respond if you have any concerns.

Place was great! Perfect for my two adult brothers. Room had kitchen which was nice! Only thing I’d say prepare for is that there is no A/C so the room was intensively hot during the day-being end of July. But at night cools off, which is fine considering they were out doing…
