Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • I really loved this place! The house is like a dream, situated in la campagne de Paris in the 20th. Close to the Peripherique but Paris is not that huge and by subway it is only a couple of stops away from Place de la Republique. Jean Seb is a nice guy who is really interested in his guests and willing to help with you getting around Paris. I immediately felt home. I definitely come back to stay here again.

  • Had a wonderful time staying with Jean Sebastien. His place is clean and spacious. He also invited me to a delightful New Year's dinner with him and his friends. Would definitely recommend.

  • Had a really nice stay in Paris thanks to Jean Seb; the house is in a well connected area and well server as well.
The place is comfortable and very cool; I really liked the atmosphere there!
Jean Seb gave me nice suggestion on where to go and how to spend my time, has been really nice host.

  • The cutest parisian house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful and convenient location. It is a enjoyable less than 2 minutes walk to the metro, and on the way you will pass restaurants, markets, cafes, and bakeries. Jean Seb is a great host, very cool, helpful, and friendly. I had such a good time staying there. I can't wait to come back to Paris and stay there again.

  • The house is incredibly charming, the Metro station is within a 2 minute walk (in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood).
Jean Sebastien is the perfect host: he gives you all the informations to reach the house and the house manual before you travel, and he's then very helpful and flexible. And Bob is the perfect dog!!!
    It's a pity I couldn't stay longer.

  • I simply couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I lucked out finding Jseb's place and if you're reading this, you have too!

The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is SAFE and that's a great thing to know when you are coming to visit a place you don't know. The location is literally a block from the metro and less than 10 minutes to the center of Paris - perfect! Groceries are on every block, a great little bakery is just across the street - I wish my home back in San Diego was this convenient!

Jseb is the perfect host and SO helpful and friendly. He has created a very warm, welcoming and comfortable home for guests like us. I'll definitely be back to stay with Jseb!

  • Very beautiful house. But if you are typical tourist to see the sightseeing, it's a bit far from downtown. Jean is very nice and kind guy. Recommend to stay.

    Response from Jean Sebastien:

A lot of typical tourist came here to see the sightseeing, and nobody has ever complained about it, the subway station is one minute away from the house and in the description of the house transportation time for the sites are shown, and you can locate the house on the map WTF ...

  • Jean Sebastien has an absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful neighbourhood. He and his girlfriend Cecile are both lovely people.

I'm in Paris for six weeks for research, so it's really wonderful to be in a warm, cozy home rather than a sterile hotel room.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay @ Jean Sebastien's place again; in fact, I'm just away in Lyon for the moment but will be returning in a few days for a four-week stay!

  • Yet again i had a wonderful stay at Jseb's fantastic house. What a lovely relaxing space to work in while I stayed in Paris. I will definitely be back again next year.
