I really loved this place! The house is like a dream, situated in la campagne de Paris in the 20th. Close to the Peripherique but Paris is not that huge and by subway it is only a couple of stops away from Place de la Republique. Jean Seb is a nice guy who is really interested in his guests and willing to help with you getting around Paris. I immediately felt home. I definitely come back to stay here again.
Had a wonderful time staying with Jean Sebastien. His place is clean and spacious. He also invited me to a delightful New Year's dinner with him and his friends. Would definitely recommend.
Had a really nice stay in Paris thanks to Jean Seb; the house is in a well connected area and well server as well.
The place is comfortable and very cool; I really liked the atmosphere there!
Jean Seb gave me nice suggestion on where to go and how to spend my time, has been really nice host.
The cutest parisian house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful and convenient location. It is a enjoyable less than 2 minutes walk to the metro, and on the way you will pass restaurants, markets, cafes, and bakeries. Jean Seb is a great host, very cool, helpful, and friendly. I had such a good time staying there. I can't wait to come back to Paris and stay there again.
It was my first experience with airbnb, and it's been a good experience. House is clean, in a quiet zone and it's near the underground. Jean Sebastian is very accomodating and helpful.
I had a wonderful stay!Great place! Thank you JeanSeb
My stay at JeanSeb was really great. I stayed in Room No-1, which was clean and was exactly as shown on the pictures.
When I arrived, the keys were ready and I had no problem to get into my room.
The house is situated in a quiet area and very nice, especially for Paris! I enjoyed the garden which is also exceptional for this city.
The access to the public transport system is very close, 2 mins by foot, taking you to most Parisian stations in about 20-30 mins.
JeanSeb and Cecile are very nice people, did not get to talk too much to them though because they were gone often.
The kitchen is available for cooking and everybody has their shelf in the fridge.
Would stay here any time!
What can be said about this listing that hasn't already been said? JeanSeb was truly an exceptional host during my week-long stay with him in Paris. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, and has been organized for the purpose of maximum convenience. The location is ideal, located directly next to a metro stop that will take you into all of the desired areas of Paris in minimal time. Supermarkets and bakeries are directly nearby - I truly enjoyed returning to this safe, comfortable place at the end of a day.
JeanSeb, himself, is an incredibly kind individual. He was as helpful and welcoming as one might hope, and deserves every recommendation or compliment that his been sent his way. His girlfriend, Cecile, is also a wonderful person, and I'm very happy to say that they coloured my view of Paris in the most warm and positive light.
No question, this is a special listing and I do hope very much to stay in touch with them through the years.
P.S. Has Bob, the dog, learned to skateboard yet?
Charming house with lots of character very close to the metro and there is a nice market nearby on weekends. The room was lovely, a good size, clean and had everything you could need. JSeb and Celine were delightful and welcoming, Bob is too cute. I wish I had booked for longer.
