Sleeps 8-10. Kid's room w/large TV & Xbox that has digital streaming. All bedrooms have TV w/digital streaming. Living room w/large digital stream TV & comfy seating. Full size kitchen w/all the tools to cook & bake. Fisherman friendly w/space to park boats.

The space
This quiet and spacious home is great for 1-2 families, remote workers, or adult gatherings who want a peaceful place to soak in the views, dine together with homecooked meals, but also have downtime to retreat in separate bedrooms each w/own TV.


We sleep 8-10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Get all your home comforts and relax in the quiet rolling hills. Kids can play in kids room downstairs leaving space and quiet for adults to relax upstairs or retreat to bedrooms. Great for families who have elders or others with small mobility issues with easy access to main floor & bedroom & bathroom & deck. Digital Streaming on all TV's just in case you miss your Netflix or Disney +. Driving to destinations in this area is such a relaxing experience filled with views that we find 30 min feels like a 5 min drive. A quick getaway for Bay Area residents looking to unwind.

Quiet country neighborhood with hiking and wildlife to enjoy. 5 min drive away is Dollar General, General Store and Gas Station where you can get the basics. Oakdale and Sonora have better grocery shopping options. Downtown Coulterville is 15 min drive and definitely worth visiting! Coyote Consignments, Coulterville Cafe (breakfast/lunch), vintage store, and train museum!
