Villa "Tri bora" (Three pines) is our family vacation home (max. capacity 6 adults+4 children). Features a private pool and 2 parking spaces. It is located in the Zora villa area, at the northern end of Sunny Beach. Situated in a very quiet charming street, it offers peace and quiet but is also less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Sunny beach.

The space
The house consists of 3 accommodation units, each with its own entrance:

1 main apartment with capacity 2+2: bedroom (1 double bed), living room (2 sofa beds), kitchenette, bathroom, big terrace. The apartment is best suited for couples or a family with up to 2 children. It can also host 4 adults if needed, however we do not recommend it, as there will not be enough space for personal belongings.

1 small atelier apartment on the ground floor with capacity of 2: bedroom (1 double bed), living room and bathroom. Minibar and coffee machine available in the apartment, food can be prepared in the communal kitchen behind the barbeque. Recommended for couples.

1 studio with capacity 2+1: one big room with a double bed and a couch, which can host 1 adult or 2 children, bathroom. Minibar and coffee machine available in the studio, food can be prepared in the communal kitchen behind the barbeque. Recommended for couples.

The yard has a pool, a barbeque and a communal kitchen, which can be used by all guests (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, mini stove, toaster, espresso machine and kitchen utensils).

The large landscaped yard offers numerous opportunities for relaxation under natural shade.

The villa is available in all seasons, air conditioning available in all accommodation units, providing cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Individual water boilers in each unit.
