* The location.
Shinagawa station is business center and a transport hub. It is near 13-minute to Shibuya or Harajuku, 20-minute to Shinjuku or Roponngi, 15-minutes to Odaiba, Ginza, etc.
The building is about 15-minute by foot to Shinagawa station but there is a 100-yen bus that goes to Shinagawa station near
the place. It is also 12-minute by foot to the Tennozu-isle station of the Monorail from the Haneda Airport.
Shinagawa station is a major stop for most of Tokyo's trains, including the Narita express. This is also the destination
stop for most buses from the Narita airport.
I work during the weekdays but mostly
free during the weekends.
If you check-in during the weekday, we can meet around 7:00 or 7:30pm.
By japanese practice, shoes are removed when inside the house. Also flooring is of delicate wood so please dont
drag your suitcases. The neighboring units are usually sensitive to loud noises, so I expect no loud noises especially
at night. And of course, no smoking inside the house.
Great accommodations, and very convenient location as Shinigawa connects to the Yamanote line and Shinkansen trains.
Ricky is a great host, he provided all the essentials and was really helpfull. The apartment is pleasant, clean and extremely modern. Shinagawa Station is only 10 minutes to walk and there is several convenience stores open 24/24 around. I would recommend her apartment to anyone looking to stay in Tokyo!
Ricky picked us up from the subway station and was extremely friendly throughout the entire stay. Loved it!
Staying here was great! Ricky was super nice and very helpful. Comfy bed and a clean apartment. It's in a nice neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk from the Yamanote line. I would definitely stay here again!
This was a nice place to stay. The condo is very spacious, bigger even than some of the houses I've stayed at in Tokyo. It's close to a major train station--you can walk in 10-15 minutes, or take the bus directly there if you don't feel like walking. Ricky was very friendly and I had a good time chatting with him after dinner. Thanks!
Ricky was a really nice, flexible host. His apartment was excellent: very clean, quiet, and in a convenient and safe location. There's a Maruetsu Petit just a couple of blocks away if you want to grab food/snacks, and Shinagawa station is a quick 15-minute walk. Highly recommended. Thanks, Ricky!
Très bonne expérience chez Ricky. Nous sommes arrivés très tard mais ça n'a pas posé problème.
Très pratique si l'on vient de Haneda, la gare de Shinagawa est très bien connectée.
Ricky was an excellent host for our stay in Tokyo. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome in his home. I required a visit to the hospital during our time in the city and Ricky gave up his sunday morning to accompany us to the hospital for help translating. His help at the hospital was indispensable and he really saved our trip! The apartment is nice and very clean in a convenient location. Had an awesome time in Tokyo and really appreciated Ricky's help with everything!
Great location! Ricky was a very nice host and super helpful. We could reach him anytime but we also had our privacy in the apartment. Highly recommended!
This was my first Airbnb experience and it was a great one. Ricky answered my questions promptly and provided detailed information getting to his place. The apartment was in great shape, the room was clean and comfortable. There's a bus that runs until 23:00ish from Shinagawa station to the apt building; by foot, about 12-15 mins. The pocket wifi further helped me navigate Tokyo without data roaming costs.
All in all, Ricky's place is a great option for staying in Tokyo, especially for flying in/out of Haneda.
