I work during the weekdays but mostly
free during the weekends.
If you check-in during the weekday, we can meet around 7:00 or 7:30pm.
By japanese practice, shoes are removed when inside the house. Also flooring is of delicate wood so please dont
drag your suitcases. The neighboring units are usually sensitive to loud noises, so I expect no loud noises especially
at night. And of course, no smoking inside the house.
Ricky's place was very well located, a short 10 minute bus ride from the Shinagawa Station, or around a 15 minute walk. Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. The room overlooks the Shinkansen tracks which was fascinating, but the noise is eliminated thanks to very effective double glazing/sound proofing.
Ricky was an amazing host and very accommodating, which was much appreciated.
An excellent experience!
Ricky is, as mentioned in many comments here, a really nice and helpful host.
The apartment is a little tiny, but probably normal for Japanese standards, in a modern 40-story building. It is located next to one of the largest train/metro nodes: Shinagawa.
Overall, a good experience in Tokyo.
Ricky was very kind and helpful, providing all information I needed about public transportation or places to visit etc. The flat is amazing, well equipped, clean, with easy access to subway (Tennozu Isle) and train station (Shinagawa), from where you can go wherever you want in Tokyo or in Japan. I would definitely recommend this listing.
Ricky is a great host. He was really helpful and accommodating. The place is really nice and clean. It is located 15 min walk away from Shinagawa station where you could take transportation to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend his place
Ricky was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He answered all my questions and provided recommendations for nearby sights. Though a bit farther from the attractions, the metro is an easy and pleasant 17min walk away.
A wonderful stay in Tokyo at Ricky's place. The apartment was clean and cosy and it was convenient to go to the city centre from there.
Ricky's apartment was beautiful and very large. It has good access to the Yamanote line via Shinagawa station, and there is a large supermarket very close by.
Also, Ricky is a very friendly and kind host.
I'd recommend this apartment to other Airbnb users!
