This is the listing for the room with a double bed.
The unit itself is a 3-bedroom luxury condominium with spacious living room and kitchen.
The living room has a large screen TV where you can hook up your Mac,PC, or tablet. It has big couch and
heated flooring to make yourself conformtable during the winter.
If you wish to prepare your food, the kitchen is equipped with cooking wares that will make
a budding chef happy.
There is a also a spacious powder room, a bath room with big bath tub, and restroom with bidet.
The building itself has a gym and an open air lounge with a great view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The gym has basic running machines and massage chairs that you can use to relieve yourself after a tiring day. You will need a clean rubber shoes to use the gym, but if you don't have, I can lend you my 9-inched-size pair of shoes.
It is near 24-hour supermarkets, convinient stores and of course the Shinagawa station which is the business
and transport hub in this part of Tokyo.
The building also has a 24-hour security with a 24-hour on-duty guard.
There are bicycles you can rent for 100-Yen per 3-hours if you wish to get around the city by bicyle.
I have a high-speed wifi inside the room which is connected to a fiber optic connection. I can also lend you my mobile pocket wifi so you can use your smartphones and tablets while in travel. Since I use the mobile wifi too, I may ask you to return it after your first 3 days, though.
* The location.
Shinagawa station is business center and a transport hub. It is near 13-minute to Shibuya or Harajuku, 20-minute to Shinjuku or Roponngi, 15-minutes to Odaiba, Ginza, etc.
The building is about 15-minute by foot to Shinagawa station but there is a 100-yen bus that goes to Shinagawa station near
the place. It is also 12-minute by foot to the Tennozu-isle station of the Monorail from the Haneda Airport.
Shinagawa station is a major stop for most of Tokyo's trains, including the Narita express. This is also the destination
stop for most buses from the Narita airport.
I work during the weekdays but mostly
free during the weekends.
If you check-in during the weekday, we can meet around 7:00 or 7:30pm.
By japanese practice, shoes are removed when inside the house. Also flooring is of delicate wood so please dont
drag your suitcases. The neighboring units are usually sensitive to loud noises, so I expect no loud noises especially
at night. And of course, no smoking inside the house.
