About this listing
I am offering 1 very comfortable bedroom with two 6 foot windows that span across one entire wall. The queen size bed is fluffed in soft, clean linens with plenty of pillows for comfortable sleeping. There is privacy if you need to close the door, make phone calls or work comfortably from home. There is a separate bathroom minimally decorated in whites with a large mirror and shower/tub with modern tiles.
This place is fierce realness! The entire loft is a 3 bedroom with 3300 sq feet- providing lots of room to move about freely. The place is decorated with a modern aesthetic, great furniture and a few modern art pieces on the walls. The lobby, large kitchen and enormous living room is the common space shared with myself and my loft mate (2 of us). Since often times I am away traveling, you could be sharing the common space with just her (1). She is an aspiring actress with her own private bedroom and bathroom and two small dogs will also be welcoming you home :) We are super chill fashionistas with an edgy style, respectable and responsible. You'll have a good stay with us.
This loft is in a historic building in the heart of DTLA. It is situated on the corner side of the building, with up to 20 windows providing lots of sunlight and city life views. The loft has high-polished concrete floors, original hexagon shaped tiles, tall exposed concrete beams and brick walls surrounding the entire loft. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a fabulous 6 foot projector screen with Apple TV, and Netflix. For those who like to play the piano, we have that too.
The building has access to a ROOFTOP DECK with a fireplace, gazebos and lots of lounge chairs for basking in the sun. You can enjoy a glass of wine as you're relaxing to the breath taking skyline view of downtown and it's sunset colors.
The loft creates the perfect setting for a luxurious stay in the Historic Core of DTLA. It can also provide a sleek backdrop for photo shoots and films. The neighborhood is always being filmed for its New York look and the street itself never has a dull moment. Many great cafes for the perfect cappuccino and farm-to-table restaurants nearby in every direction, a couple organic juice bars to stay healthy and revived. 2 Metro link stations nearby and plenty of paid parking lot options.
