Joseph's place is very comfortable, has all the amenities and is extremely well located to shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. And Joseph is great! He was helpful, available and even got us out of a jam (don't ask). We recommend him and his place without reservation.
This is a great neighborhood (kids and families). There are awesome restaurants and coffee shops. The bed is comfortable. The living space has not been updated in a while, but there was a big TV and cable. Being a ground floor unit, open shades and you are looking at passers by. It was nice. A resident was selling Nic nacs on the stoop. People do that in this neighborhood. Super chill.... All in all, a great slice of NY.
We stayed (3 guy's) in Joseph's beautiful apartment for New Years.
Communication with Joseph was 100% and I don't think he could have done anymore to make us more welcome, his apartment is very clean and warm.
I would definitely stay here again and its location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the subway and surrounded by great bars, restaurants and shops
Joseph was very flexible and accommodating. His apartment was extremely clean and ready for our arrival. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Joe's place was just what we needed, and just as advertised. He greeted us from the airport, gave us all the information we needed, then left us to our own devices for the rest of our stay. Nice guy with a nice little place in a great location.
Joe's Park Slope apartment was the perfect home base for our week-long NYC vacation. I'm originally from NY and I can say that the location is probably the best in Brooklyn. Very convenient to everything - including quick transit to Manhattan.
The apartment itself was immaculately clean - I was really impressed. We were very comfortable. Joe went out of his way to leave coffee/eggs/etc. and detailed instructions about everything. He checked in on us a few times via phone/text to make sure all was well.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment that is spotlessly clean, well-located, with kind & considerate hosts.
Joseph met us at his apartment and showed us around. He graciously provided a few essentials for our stay - fruit, cereal, juice, coffee. He is a very gracious host and my husband and I very much enjoyed meeting him!
