This place was great -- as advertised, everything worked, the beds were comfy, and it was easy in and out of the house.
This house was awesome! super clean and super close to everything. Will rent again for sure!
The place was clean , very close to downtown and the host was great with instructions. Would stay again !
Good place, good location. The house was comfortable with everything you need for a weekend hanging out in Bend. The hot tub was very nice and Andy was extremely responsive. I'd stay again for sure!
Had a great stay in this Bend house. Truly was close to everything and being able to walk to the breweries was a huge benefit. House is fully stocked and while it is older, plenty comfortable. We would highly consider staying here on our next trip to Bend!
Great (email hidden)sort. Simple, clean, comfortable and quiet. A great place to stay and enjoy the resort amenities (hot tub, ice rink, etc.), Mt. Bachelor and Bend.
We really enjoyed out stay here! VERY nice place not too far from everything!
Stayed at the 3bd house with some friends. Loved the place! Great location and we walked everywhere! Place was clean and tidy when we got in.
A few things to note though. The house technically sleeps 4 with only a small couch for the 5th person. We also ran out of toilet paper (only 1 roll provided) and were told that was our responsibility. Although, they did eventually send someone by with extras! Finally, check out procedure was complicated. We were charged a cleaning fee even though we were asked to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, load the dishwasher and take all the trash out before we left.
All in all, however, our stay was pleasant and Andy was very easy and prompt with communication. We wouldn't hesitate staying with him again.
This condo is beautifully decorated-and I mean that. Asian woodcut paintings, antique armoirs, bathrooms are colorful.
Really nice hardwood floors in a newer style, bed is really comfortable with great throw pillows.
Everything you need is there, was making coffee and thought where could the filters be?, and they were right there in the cabinet where you would expect them.
On the negative side the condo complex doesn't have much curb appeal, just a big 3 story building with rows of doors. The condos in the next building over around the corner are kind of ghetto. Tried to get into the pool/hot tub at 9:15PM via intercom access process, no success, maybe it closed at 9, but I didn't see anyone in the pool/hot tub area the whole time I was there.
But the furnishings and comfort level of the condo makes up for the above, you feel like your staying at your interior decorator aunts place, not a rental-its a place that you want to spend time in enjoying, even if not so much for the overall complex.
Cute little place and worked out great for our family! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and some basic food supplies (syrup, salt, pepper, etc.) The whole place was very clean and worked out so well we extended our stay! Yard is huge, back is fenced and has a horse shoe pit, BBQ, tables and chairs.
