  • We (3 couples, long time friends) spent three nights at Three Rivers, right over July 4th. It was wonderful! Brad and Dilya were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. They responded quickly to every e-mail question. The house is very nice, with an excellent hot tub and deck. We spent many hours there. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We highly recommend it.

  • The house was perfect! With the river behind the house, boats and bikes at our disposal, and quite nights! We could not have asked for more, except for a longer vacation!

  • Our hosts were great. The listing was as expected. We loved the location. Could not ask for more.

  • This house was a total joy! As many other reviewers have mentioned, Brad and Dilya have this place packed with everything that makes a home, so you just have to do "regular" grocery shopping and not come home and realize there is no salt or oil to cook with! Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, cleaning materials, awesome new laundry facilities, tvs, internet that worked well, etc.

But to be honest - we spent most of our time outside. The house is just a couple houses up a canal from a beautiful portion of the main Deschutes River channel. What this meant for us is that we were able to paddle the raft and our own inner tubes out to the river easily, then float for 35-40 minutes until we reached their community dock, where we got out. BUT HERE IS THE GREAT PART - it's only about a 5 minute walk back to the house, because the river horseshoes right there. This meant we could easily float/walk/float/walk all day without needing to move a car or have someone pick us up. A great drop-off (email hidden) float is just 5 minutes away by car up the river as well. They will share all these details - just ask. They swung by quickly to say hi and drop off even more fun things, like extra kayaks, so there are LOTS of river toys to use!

The grounds are lovely, peaceful, and smelled terrific. Deer visited frequently, and my in-laws loved that there was special feed to use to attract them - I think they will be taking 200+ deer pictures back home with them. Would love to stay here again.

  • Brad and Dilya's house was the perfect setting for a fun weekend getaway. We had a large group but everyone had a comfortable bed situation, coffee in the morning, a good soak in the hot tub (which has a sweet fountain setting!) and allowed for our friends dog to stretch its legs. Everything about this AirBnB experience was stress-free! Thank you. :)

  • Three of us stayed in this quiet, clean and spacious home for a weekend of skiing. It was so relaxing. The home is situated on a generous lot and very quiet at night. It's nicely appointed and such a comfortable space that it made our time there very pleasurable. The open kitchen floorplan allowed the cook to be connected to the rest of the group. The kitchen is well-equipped to support food prep with plenty of utensils.

The living room has large windows looking onto a woodland area and the private deck is large--handy for warm weather activities. The hot tub was a great amenity. The beds are comfortable and each room has its own thermostat.

Additional nice touches include: robes in each bedroom, coffee, bagels and basic staples in the kitchen.

We'd love to come back again. Thank you very much, Brad and Dilya!

  • I invited some of our best couple friends for a surprise birthday weekend for my girlfriend. We could not have asked for a more lovely space for a weekend away. The house fits six adults very comfortably and we we're not lacking anything. Brad and Dilya are very responsive and accommodating; exactly what we look for in an AirBnb.

We did check out Brad's recommended hiking spot in La Pine State Park...very picturesque and lovely. Also, make sure to turn off all the lights and watch the stars from the hot tub while you're there!

  • My partner and I drove down from Vancouver Island and met my best friends from Toronto. We all had a day and night in Portland first which got the dinners, walking around city streets and exploring out of the way. The cabin was great. We all loved the kitchen, it was great for entertaining and being social as we prepared meals and snacked around the bar. The cabin was easy to find, easy to get into. We had deers coming to the yard, lots of great running trails and rivers to fish on. 30min drive to downtown bend. We used the hot tub lots, watched movies and shows on the Netflix t.v. It was stocked with pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and it even had laundry. The bikes were great to cruise around on. There were kayaks and canoes, but the river was to low to launch them in the backyard. We had a great time, we all loved the cabin. Thank you.

  • This house is GREAT. They provide so many extras, including coffee which was GREAT. So many places that I have been don't have enough pots/pans, dishes, towels, paper products etc, but the supply was awesome. We will be coming back to stay again in the future.

    Thank you Brad and Dilya

    Response from Brad & Dilya:

Thank you, Kathy, for your kind remarks. We do understand the value of a good pot of coffee. Without it, all other efforts remain pointless!!
We do look forward to your future visits!
    Thanks again,
