  • Three of us stayed in this quiet, clean and spacious home for a weekend of skiing. It was so relaxing. The home is situated on a generous lot and very quiet at night. It's nicely appointed and such a comfortable space that it made our time there very pleasurable. The open kitchen floorplan allowed the cook to be connected to the rest of the group. The kitchen is well-equipped to support food prep with plenty of utensils.

The living room has large windows looking onto a woodland area and the private deck is large--handy for warm weather activities. The hot tub was a great amenity. The beds are comfortable and each room has its own thermostat.

Additional nice touches include: robes in each bedroom, coffee, bagels and basic staples in the kitchen.

We'd love to come back again. Thank you very much, Brad and Dilya!

  • I invited some of our best couple friends for a surprise birthday weekend for my girlfriend. We could not have asked for a more lovely space for a weekend away. The house fits six adults very comfortably and we we're not lacking anything. Brad and Dilya are very responsive and accommodating; exactly what we look for in an AirBnb.

We did check out Brad's recommended hiking spot in La Pine State Park...very picturesque and lovely. Also, make sure to turn off all the lights and watch the stars from the hot tub while you're there!

  • My partner and I drove down from Vancouver Island and met my best friends from Toronto. We all had a day and night in Portland first which got the dinners, walking around city streets and exploring out of the way. The cabin was great. We all loved the kitchen, it was great for entertaining and being social as we prepared meals and snacked around the bar. The cabin was easy to find, easy to get into. We had deers coming to the yard, lots of great running trails and rivers to fish on. 30min drive to downtown bend. We used the hot tub lots, watched movies and shows on the Netflix t.v. It was stocked with pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and it even had laundry. The bikes were great to cruise around on. There were kayaks and canoes, but the river was to low to launch them in the backyard. We had a great time, we all loved the cabin. Thank you.

  • This house is GREAT. They provide so many extras, including coffee which was GREAT. So many places that I have been don't have enough pots/pans, dishes, towels, paper products etc, but the supply was awesome. We will be coming back to stay again in the future.

    Thank you Brad and Dilya

    Response from Brad & Dilya:

Thank you, Kathy, for your kind remarks. We do understand the value of a good pot of coffee. Without it, all other efforts remain pointless!!
We do look forward to your future visits!
    Thanks again,
    Brad & Dilya

  • This house is so very wonderful! Not only is the house beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked, the house is set right next to the river. We woke up in the mornings to deers walking by and the river rolling by. Having access to the kayaks and raft was an incredible perk and we all said we would like to return to the house soon. Highly suggest! The hosts were incredibly responsive and great!

  • Brad and Dilya's house is clean, comfortable and full of all of the amenities you could want for an outdoor vacation getaway. My fiance and I stayed there for a week with some friends of ours. We were all very impressed by the quality of everything in the house that was left for us to use - 2 great kayaks, a nice little fishing boat, a raft to float on and 2 comfortable cruiser bikes. We enjoyed floating on the river, kayaking, fishing and taking a day trip to go hiking at Smith Rock (about an hour drive away). Checked out the lava caves too. If you are looking for a getaway, this house is a great deal... not to mention they have a great hot tub and extremely comfortable beds! Highly recommend staying at their home! Thanks Brad and Dilya!

  • Brad and Dilya have a wonderful place! We came for a bachelor weekend to celebrate our friend getting married and had an awesome time full of adventure. Having the Deschutes and the canal right out the backdoor allowed us to have some terrific races in the provided kayaks and our Stand Up Paddleboards. We also spent the day floating up up river back down to the house.

The house was extremely clean when we showed up and have all the amenities we needed plus some. We spent our mornings waking up watching the Smart TV on YouTube or watching some of the Classic movies they have. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but I guess it can be summed up by saying that I will definitely utilize this fantastic place again when I come to central Oregon.

  • We had a great time at Brad and Dilya's home. The location was great, the acomodations, perfect for us. We so enjoyed the river right behind the house and made use of it every minute as the weather was very warm. In the evening, the hot tub proved to be just what we needed. Highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the Sunriver area!!

  • The amenities here were fabulous! I think we used all of them:
    - Rafts to float the river (take out at Harper's Bridge)
    - Boat dock for sun tanning
    - Hot tub for relaxing the tired muscles after the 1/2 marathon
    - RV parking for our friends to visit with their motor home traveling through Bend
    - Bikes to ride around the neighborhood
    - Back deck for watching the local deer feed in the morning over coffee
    - Fire pit to roast marshmallows
    - Big kitchen to create a feast
    - & Comfortable beds to recover from all the playing!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and play!
