Richmond upon Thames is such a magnet for tourism. It’s an incredible place to visit and only 10 miles from Central London. It’s a very short journey by train to central London (20 minutes to Waterloo) or via the underground (district line 30-40 minutes). Kew Gardens and Twickenham, the home of English rugby aren’t too far away either. The attractions of Central London call all be easily reached using the underground.
Accessibility: Richmond is not too far from London’s major airports Heathrow (approximately 25 minutes by car, alternatively you can get the underground Piccadilly line to Hammersmith, district line to Richmond 50 minutes); Gatwick (train to Clapham junction from Gatwick and then train to Richmond approximately 50 minutes). If you are travelling by car there are residents parking bays which you can get a permit for (approximately £5 a day) otherwise there are a few streets nearby without restrictions, although it’s on a first come first served basis.

No Smoking inside. We encourage green behaviour, recycling, saving energy etc. Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for young children as the staircase railing has no stair banisters.
Our host made us feel vey welcome. He even offered to pick us up from the station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly recommend it to others who want to stay in the very delightful Richmond area.
We had a really wonderful experience in Gareth flat. I recommend 100 %. It's located so close to the tube , shop and restaurant .
Thanks Gareth for everything .
Beautifully presented & spotless in the heart of Richmond, just a short stroll from the shops, restaurants & station.
The apartment has all the comforts of home & is very well equipped. It was just like staying in a boutique hotel but with much more space & amenities.
This was a perfect bolt hole for us & we felt very at home during our stay. Gareth & Marina we both very friendly & flexible.
We would definitely recommend a stay here if you're in London, not just Richmond.
Gareth was very welcoming and this is an enormous, beautiful flat if you have things to do in Southwest London. It is very close to shops and the train station.
Mr. and Mrs. Pearce were extremely welcoming and provided much information for us in conversation as well as brochures in the flat. The neighborhood is most charming and the location is outstanding for the tube, train, grocery, historical sights, shopping, restaurants at all price levels, pubs, and peaceful parks and walks.
We feel very comfortable there. The Richmond area is a place I would like to live once I lived in UK.
Gareth was kind and really attentive to our potential needs. He even got in water and milk for us! There is some interesting reading available too.The flat was fully equipped comparable to hotel standards. It's is really spacious with a luxurious feel it is located in a quiet road not too far from Richmond town centre.
Gareth has clearly thought of all the needs of his guests and is really welcoming.
