Come visit Steamboat Springs and stay in our beautiful and newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse.
Our townhouse has been freshly painted and carpeted, and has all new furniture. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and is furnished with Potery barn bedding; very soft and cozy. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is furnished with Crate and Barrel bedding. Our new Ikea sectional sofa will comfortably sleep 2 large people; extra linens and pillows are provided.
There is one slate-tiled bathroom upsatirs which has a seperate vanity area.
We love to cook and hope you do to because the kitchen is fully stocked with any item that you may need to make a wonderful gourmet meal at home. There is also a new gas grill to make that perfect Colorado steak!
Along with the new Ikea sectional sofa, is a large flat-screen televison with HD viewing of over 80 channels and free wireless internet service.
The Whistler Townhomes are located on the free bus lines, so you can travel around town without renting a car. The bus will take you directly to the base area in under 10 minutes from our home.
The townhouse also offers a heated pool and two large hot tubs for relaxing that are open year round. The Whistler Village Townhomes are pridominately local families that are quiet and friendly.
Our family has lived in Steamboat for over 10 years and love living here. When you visit our townhouse, we have included several restaurants, shops and places to visit from the locals perspective. We live 5 minutes from the townhouse and take pride in knowing what a great and relaxing unit we have to offer people.

The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check in are due in full with a certified check or invoice payment through PayPal. We must receive a PAYPAL payment by credit card, personal check or money order for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
Upon receiving payment and a signed and dated copy of the Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation will be emailed to you.
If a personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the bank.
Damage charge. Any excessive damage charges incurred by the Tenants shall be assessed to the credit card provided by the tenant.
The Tenant shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and /or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed owner) which may result from Occupancy. The Tenant agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, etc., other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay, or may put in during the term of the lease, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception.
The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition. Any damages or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported the Owner within one (1) hour.
After you have made a payment, you will receive a refund minus a $50 fee ONLY IF the property is re-rented for the same time and price.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to weather.

When you arrive, the unit will be clean and set up with towels and linens. As a courtesy we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:
•Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and paper towels
•Dishwasher soap, hand soap, shower soap, laundry soap and softener
•Cleaning supplies, including trash bags
•As “starter” set of paper towels and toilet paper will be available. It is your responsibility to purchase more as needed.
Tenants shall be responsible for any undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit immediately subsequent to the Tenants’ departure. A cleaning charge of $35.00 per hour, with a one (1) hour service minimum will be assessed to the credit card used to hold the reservation.
CHECK-IN/CHECK -OUT PROCEDURE
Check-in time is 3 pm on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins absent prior consent of Owners. Upon arrival, Tenants will be given their key(s), as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the Unit.
Check-out time is 11 am (SHARP) on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation ends, unless there is prior consent of Owner. Any delay in check-out, absent prior consent of Owners shall result in Tenants being charged for another night’s stay.
Prior to checkout, please load and start the dishwasher. Please strip the beds of bedding and start a load of sheets. Place all used towels, blankets and kitchen clothes in the laundry hamper. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut and blinds drawn. Please return any furniture that was moved to its original position. The Tenant is responsible to remove all trash and place in the dumpster at the end of the court.
We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense.
IV. USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
Use of Premises. Tenants shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Tenants will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the premises. The premises shall be used as a private residence for the tenants listed above, with the understanding that the unit is for a maximum of 6 tenants for the agreed upon dates. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
This Agreement may not be assigned or the property sublet, and is for the Tenant’s use only. No changes to, or changing of locks of the Apartment / premises are permitted.
Enjoyment of Unit. Tenants shall be entitled to the enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants.
Large parties or loud behavior are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Tenets will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors.
Any drug use on the property, or any disturbance, annoyance, endanger, or inconvenience of the neighbors; or use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordnance or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Guests are to respect nature and take care to guard themselves and their guests as appropriate.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
The owner is not responsible for accidents or injury to licensees, their guests, or residents, damaged personal property or lost/stolen items.
This is a non-smoking Condo. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the NO smoking policy will incur a $100 fee and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.
Pets are not allowed in the unit. Guests who bring a pet or pets forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property. Only homeowners are allowed to have Pets/Seeing Eye dogs on the premises.
Use of Grills.
Grilling is permitted only on concrete driveways and any grills provided with the unit.
Areas that are locked, such as Owner’s personal storage spaces, for which Tenants are not provided a key, are off limits to the Tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Tenants will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.
V. HOLD HARMLESS
Owner attempts to maintain the Units in the best of condition. Owner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability for any particular purpose. Owner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify Owner of any issues that they incur during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly taken care of. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences of which Owner has no immediate control. These inconveniences may include, are not limited to, the following: (i) breakdown of DVR, hot tubs, saunas, and/or other recreational appliances or devices; (ii) power outages; (iii) adverse weather and/or road conditions; (iv) construction in the area; and (v) Units that are not decorated and/or accommodated to Tenant’s individual tastes. Owner shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant’s invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT SERVES AS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ARE EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY AN ALL PREVIOUS ORAL AND/OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED AGREEMENTS. UPON WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT, TENANTS AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Had a great tome. Everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great experience at Lindseys townhome. House was very clean, fast internet, big tv, board games, washer dryer! Beds were comfortable and clean. The bus to take you to the mountain or downtown were right across the street. We were at the mountain in less than ten minutes for skiing, and the line changes to the downtown line without having to transfer.
So cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. We enjoyed our stay so much. Great location. Great deal! Thank you, Lindsey!
Nice, cozy ski-condo right next to the bus line for easy access to the slopes (5 min ride). If I'm back in Steamboat I would stay again.
We had a great stay at Lindsey's townhome. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. It's a quiet location close to a bus stop and the river walking/biking path. Check-in was easy as she has a lock box with a key.
I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but have lived in Steamboat for almost 10 years. I got hooked when I met my husband here 9 years ago and love the people and mountain:)
