The apartment location in Grace Bay is perfect for easy beach access, but also very convenient for all shops, cafes, and restaurants in the Grace Bay area. No need for a rental car !!
This condo is located in the heart of everything...Grace Bay beach, town, shops and grocery store not to mention restaurants and bars. Best coffee shop Shay Cafe is only a couple of buildings down. We formed the best friendships from getting our coffee etc there in the morning. The condo is spacious and had all he ammenties we needed including beach chairs. After our week stay we almost cried. We didn't want to leave. The Turks is the most beautiful place and the visitors and residents are genuine and amazing.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, although we definitely had some issues with the condo. First, I wouldn't call this apartment "luxury". It's certainly nice and in a great location, but the interior is dated and the appliances are worn out (ice maker in freezer was broken, which was very unfortunate). It was also incredibly annoying to find basic utensils such as a wine opener missing from the kitchen, and it would have been nice to be told that we would have to get our own sponge and salt and pepper etc.
Finally, I think it's essential for Airbnb hosts to provide instructions for basic things around the apartment and the complex. For example, we didn't know where the garbage area was located, and it took us a while to figure out the WiFi login and password was scribbled on to a box in the sitting room. It also would have been nice to get recommendations for local shops and restaurants and to know if there were sunbeds to use on the beach. Phone numbers for local taxi companies would have been great too.
Otherwise, we enjoyed the proximity to Grace Bay beach and the Salt Mills shopping area. There's a great but pricey supermarket nearby called Graceway that's about a 10 minute walk.

The listing was clean upon arrival and the property matched the images. The local property manager, Victoria was awesome as she helped us source two pack-n-plays after not having any luck with a local vendor on the island. The best part about this listing was the location - w/in walking distance to the beach and the local shoppes and restaurants in Grace Bay. The space was large enough to fit two babies and two adults. I don't know if I would classify it as luxury but when you compare the prices, you can't beat it. The pool was also nicely kept, but too cold to use with the little ones.
The place was exactly as described. We had a great time in tci. A tip would be to walk a little further west on the beach for less wind. There's also a beach umbrella on the balcony.
Just got back from a 7 day stay at Graham Condo it was our first time doing a AirBnb rental. Condo clean, quite, nice balcony, had plenty of towels for the beach, kitchen supplies were good. The location to beach is 2mins away, use the brown beach chairs on the right side when first enter beach. There are no beach umbrellas for condo renters to use. They all belong to hotels/Other Condo's and they are all guarded and will no by the color of your towels where you are staying. Advice buy a umbrella at super market. The Grace bay Inn condos are managed by a few different people. Victoria does this condo, she was very helpful to us when we had major problems. Please note that email is the best way to get a hold of her if you don’t get a TCI sim card for your smart phone. Calls are expensive like everything in TCI.
Advice: Bring bug spray, sun tan lotion, bring laundry detergent pods, coffee, spices, condiments packets (steal from local deli in states) dishwasher pods, bring insolated cups down for drinking on the beach. Buy duty free liquor at airport before leaving states. You can get mixers in TCI. Walk to super market take cab back to condo if getting heavy stuff. (do this when you first get down there) Food is super expensive at the IGA market prepare for the shock. You can drink the local beer its cheap and local rum is cheap too. Bring your own blender Wal-Mart sells mini ones that you can throw in your luggage for $10. Buy a bag of ice if making mix drinks all week. Really walk around and explore the supermarket they have a ton of local stuff that is not as expensive. Restaurants: You have to make reservations for almost all of them do it on state side. Same with Cabs you need a phone get a sim card!!! Also Shay Café is next door to the Condo and they make awesome coffee and will help you along your journey with questions ask for the owners. Recommend: eating local conk, grouper, and mahi mahi. Book a snorkel trip through the seven hotel they let you borrow there towels. You can get a day pass to use all water sports at the Club med (take cab down to it) Walking at night is very safe had no issues but we are coming from NY and we have seen it all! All and all it was a good trip but if you get rain like we did there is not much you can do but hang in the Condo.
Top Eats: Shay Cafe, Mago Restaurant, Deck at 7hotel (on beach 8min), Lupo (2min), Coco Bistro (20min walk), Big Al's (2 Mins)
Rent bikes ride on side walks not road go to turtle cove!
PS have fun we did
The place was FANTASTIC!!!! Definitely a must for those on a budget.
We went down for a wedding and the rest of our family was staying at a resort that was a 5 minute walk, as most of them were. We definitely made out!! The place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you'd need.
It had a clean pool on premise, not far from the beach at all and we were welcomed by a most friendly staff. Well, if you haven't been, I'll tell you, everyone on the island is super friendly!!!
Graham was great at keeping in contact and informative! We did not need to reach out to Victoria, the caretaker because we were traveling with a large group. However, the place is so centrally located, you don't need to go too far to find all you'll need!!
Rent from Graham, you'll not be sorry!!!
