Super cool flat in a super trendy area. The flat is large and luxury with everything you could want to be as comfortable as possible. Its also in the perfect location for visiting London, peaceful but seconds from great cafes restaurants and the tube
Wake up peacefully to the sound of birds outside, step out the door, stroll 2 minutes and you're in the lively streets of East London. Old St, Brick Lane, Hoxton Square, Spitalfields and Shoreditch are literally on your doorstep.
The apartment is set within an 18 century bath house which has recently been converted into modern apartments within a secure gated development. Looking directly out the bedroom window from the first floor you can see a peaceful park which is great considering how central this location is.
This apartment has one main bedroom with a large king size double bed and plenty of storage. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower and a large living room/kitchen which doubles as the decond bedroom. In the living room there is also a large king size folding sofa bed. I also provide bedding, linen, and two towels for each guest.
The best thing about this apartment for me is its great location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, art galleries, boutique shops delicatessens and packed with interesting events happening all around this area. Its and safe and fun and I'm sure that anyone to visit would love as much as I do!
Check in is free between 2:30pm and 6:30pm, however, if you intended to arrive or depart outside of the standard check in/check out times, there is a £30 fee for early arrivals from 10:30am onwards and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 6:30pm and £60 past 11.30pm. This goes directly to our all female check in team to pay for a taxi home. Check out is until 10am however you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40 (subject to availability).

I spent a pleasant stay in this flat.
The flat is quiet, modern, clean and in a good area.
Everything went very smooth. Arrived early but Clive's staff let us in to drop the luggage since they were cleaning the flat at that time anyways. Getting to the apartment is easy and getting around from there as well. Loved the place for all its unique features and built-ins. Can really recommend it! The booking process was absolutely no problem and Clive's staff really tries everything to make your trip a pleasant one. Thank's for an amazing experience for my first airbnb-travel!

(Many cafes, pubs and restaurants are near there).A modern and clean house:-) recommend you!
Great place. Interesting building in a very convenient location. Perfect for exploring Shoreditch. Clean flat with cool art. Appreciated the personality Clive has put into this residence.
Clive's apartment was great. It was just as advertised (and better)! The staff was there right on time to check me into the place, gave me a tour, explained how to work certain things, places in the area, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area, will definitely stay again on my next London trip!
Nicely designed and furnished flat in a great area. Clive was an excellent host and no problems.
We had a great time at Clive's apartment. It was easy to access, nicely designed and well located in the center of Shoreditch. Lots of pubs, hip restaurants and small grocery stores nearby - super easy to take the tube anywhere you need to go. That said, we walked almost everywhere, including a jaunt to Soho and as long as it's not raining it's really easy to get to many places on foot. The bed was super comfty! A nice warm place to back to after a long day.

I'm a trained carpenter and run my own business. I've travelled a lot myself, mainly in Europe, Asia and the Americas. I've also lived and worked in Rio De Janeiro, Barcelona and Paris where I learnt to speak Spanish, Portuguese and French. I still like to travel and greatly enjoy meeting people from all over the world who come to stay in one of my apartments.
I aim to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. If you have any special requirements then please just ask!
I am from London and can give advice on any part of city life and what there is to see here in this fantastic capital city.
