  • My family and I had a good time staying at Stefano's place while visiting Rome. The pictures on the website exactly match with what you get. Anna was the one who delivered the keys to us and she was quite helpful. We had no chance of meeting Stefano in person but he kept in touch by phone and this was very positive. The geographical position of the apartment is rather far from the main sightseeing places in Rome. This makes it even more bothering when you are in Rome in August; due to the low frequency of the bus transports. But this is very typical in all over Italy so, not a big deal.
And finally paying attention to the electricity consumption rule in the apartment would be beneficial, otherwise you would encounter some difficulties.
All in all, I would like to thank Stefano and wish I could visit Rome soon again.

  • This place was very adorable and very clean!!! Stefano was very nice. We loved the apartment, it definitely gave a "home" feeling for our vacation.

  • We had a nice time in Stefano's appartement and in Rome. His appartement is nice and clean, it corresponds with the photo's. We thought it was even nicer than expected. Stefano made a very
good job and renovated it really nicely and to a high standard. It was also very spacious for four people and we felt immediately at home.

There were few things that we did not expect, but no major problems. The whether was not too warm, so we used airco only once, but although we switched it on as Anna showed us, closed the windows and doors etc.and put a lower temperature on, it did not seem to cool the air in both of the rooms at all. So we had no us of it at all. The early mornings were noisy with people going to work, car traffic and cleaners and rubish collectors, luckily the street was not very noisy the rest of the day and at night!

We enjoyed very much the great ice cream on the corner on the main street (Alpina) where an older couple and their family make the icecream in a traditional way. Anna was nice and on the first day when we saw her, as Stefano was not in Rome. She did not really speak English but we understood each other good enough.

The connection to the city was OK, we used the buses to go the Marconi metro station, the supermarket is just accross the street. Generally, we enjoyed our stay in Rome and at Stefano's appartement very much.

  • Stefano is excellent host and his flat is also very good. I would recommend his flat for stay. Direct train to trastevere station from airport so no issue in reaching his place and he helped us to tell the bus numbers to roam around Rome.

  • Stefano è stato molto disponibile. Inutile dire che ci siamo
trovati molto bene in quanto la casa ha tutte le comodità.
Per un prossimo pernottamento a Roma sicuramente sceglierò ancora la casa di Stefano.

  • Casa perfetta, molto ampia e pulita. Il proprietario Stefano sembrava molto dispiaciuto che non fosse ancora pronta nonostante fossimo noi ad essere in largo anticipo. Roma è bella e con la casa di Stefano un po' di più
