Our spacious first-floor apartment inside Lucca’s historic walls offers a private entrance, sunlit rooms, balcony overlooking a garden, and a blend of Tuscan antiques and modern luxury. Enjoy A/C, heated floors, full kitchen, two bikes, and garden views. Steps from parking, shops, cafes, and landmarks, 10 minutes from train station and 2 minutes from bus station. Comfort, character & an authentic Lucca stay!

* Huge windows on both sides make our place airy and luminous
* Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a queen bed.
* Second bedroom has a queen (or, can be divided into 2 twins) and a chair that converts to a twin bed, suitable for a child.
* Living Room has a sleeper sofa with a queen bed and another chair that converts to a twin bed.
* Full kitchen
* Balcony overlooking garden
Air conditioning splits located in both bedrooms and main living space
Radiant heated floors for the colder months.

Primary Bedroom One features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, ideal for couples.
Bedroom Two has two twin beds that can be configured as a double, plus a fold-out chair bed for small children or a portable crib for infants.
The living room sleeps more with a double sofa bed and a fold-out chair bed. Bedroom 2 and living room guests share the hall bathroom.

After visiting every landmark, you’ve got boutiques, bars, and enough eateries to satisfy all your culinary desires. You'll quickly discover that Lucca's appeal is its relaxed old world ambiance. With quick access to the western wall, a sunset passeggiata is a must! Our apartment is located immediately adjacent to the Koinè Language School.
