We stayed in Brussels for 10 days during the summer. Julita and David's studio loft was quite nice, all to itself, and the hosts were very communicative if we had any questions. The area is a bit out of the way for the city center (about 30 minutes by tram), but it's location is unique, safe, and beautiful in its own, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and snack/imbiss at a reasonable (non-touristed prices) distance (5 min walking). Also in the area are beautiful parks within 10 min walking which included the Atomium, Mini-Europe, and the Chinese pavilion. The tower for the Japanese pavilion can be seen from just around the corner of the apartment. We were lucky to catch a summer Jazz/Folk music festival just under the Atomium.
David was very helpful and suggested great places to grab a good variety of Belgian beer. The carbonade frite just up the street was my favorite! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again upon visiting Brussels.

The beginning of our experience here was shaky. We couldn't get into the slat until 9:30pm because the flat wasn't clean. This was a little frustrating but understandable. The next thing was that there was no 'parking on premises' as it stated in the amenities, it was all street parking and there was very little available. After we got that figured out the space was great, everything we needed for our four days in Brussels. David is very nice and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. It's easy to walk to the tram to get downtown and the trams are very frequent. Overall it was a great experience, and with a few modifications we would stay here again.
Julita&David were very nice and helpful, the apartment is very nice and well located. It's very recommendable for couples.
We stayed for a week in this lovely appartement. It's a clean and cozy place. House is equipped with everything you need: the internet connection was fast and reliable, bed was comfortable, kitchen has all the plates/pans you need, hot water.
We had a great time here, its very quiet, but there are shops and restaurants close to the apartment. Also, it's on a walking distance from Atomium and a beautiful Japan culture museum.
Julita and David were easy to contact and quick to answer. The description fits what the apartment offers. I highly recommend this location!
Julita & David's studio was exactly as described in the listing. It is a cozy apartment, with a great location and wonderful hosts. The studio was very clean and fully equipped. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, a walking distance from Royal Park Laeken where one can enjoy the sun and nature, but also 15 min from the city center which is also another great thing about it . We would definitely go back, even for a longer period then a week.
