Enjoy 19th Century Charm with 21st Century Conveniences. This 1850's family-owned Stone House sits on an 85 acre organic farm in the heart of the Fingerlakes Wine Country. Relax in 3 bedrooms with private baths, and a bunkroom featuring single/double and trundle beds! All rooms have AC and tv's. Entertain in the air conditioned great room, featuring a fresh new kitchen, or the 3 season activity room with ping pong table. Enjoy the pleasant views of the farm, barn and creek from every window.

The space
Enjoy country life with a gentle creek flowing through the property, a large lawn for activities and gatherings, and a ping pong table in the 3 season room. Or get out and experience the Fingerlakes with public Seneca Lake access 5 min away and numerous wineries, amazing waterfalls and scenic hiking trails within minutes.
The property is a working organic farm, so occasionally farm equipment will need to use the driveway. The barns are off limits for guests.
