Direct access to the regions top hiking and biking trails and a walk to the restaurants and shops of the hip mountain town of Davis, WV!

The space
An expansive unit, boasting two King Bedrooms each with en-suite full baths. A master crafted, modern kitchen complete with concrete countertops. Comfortable and stylish seating for your entire group! A 60” smart TV. Access to fire pits on property and the town of Davis and it’s many trails just out the door.

The apartment is located right in the town of Davis, in a commercial building along the Blackwater River!. This private apartment has one other private penthouse unit next door, and is above an outdoor adventure clothing store, Mountain Trails. Also, in the building is a bike rental & repair shop, Blackwater Bikes, and 5 other rental apartments. Bring your friends!

Guest access
Guests have access to their private apartment as well as access to the shared outdoor space including 5 fire pits. There are 2 cruiser bikes, free for guest use, first come first serve amongst the multiple units. Bikes may be rented in the bike shop.
