Just treat the apartment like it is yours and respect neighbors. Please do not smoke in the apartment. You can smoke in the balcony after having closed the window behind you.
In case of need I will be always available since I leave in the same street just 100m away.
Raffaello’s apartment is really cosy. The beds are big, and there is a big sofa. I also liked the bathroom, it is big and comfortable. The apartment is located not at the city center, but you can reach it by bus. Raffaello is ready to give all necessary information.I can recommend his apartment.
Raffaello was a great host. He is quite helpful with information about getting around Rome and anything you want to do and need. We had a couple of minor issues in the apartment, but he was quick to respond and fix the issues.
The apartment is quite far from city center, but easy to get to by nearby bus stop and transfer to tram. The apartment is basic and the restaurant below can be loud with customers hanging around outside until late hours. But Raffaello's kindness and helpfulness make this apartment a good choice. Thanks for everything, Raffaello!
great appartment, and the host was very very kind and helpull
the house had everything
i recomend it very much!
Raffaello, thank you for a wonderful holiday. The apartment is in good condition. We stayed a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we had a free and spacious. The apartment is located above the restaurant, but was loud only once per 7 days. Raffaello is a great host, told us about good restaurants nearby, how to get to the center. Very fast Internet. Bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment. The bus goes to the centre 25 minutes. The nights are quiet and safe. We will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends. I hope next year we will come again!
The housemaid of our guest was waiting for us. We were Well received, showed us all we need to Know And let the keys of the appartment.
The appartment is well located with 3 bus lines to go to the historic center. Otherwise a local shop nearby sells good italian food.
Raffaelos apartment is awesome, spacious with two big beds, a balcony, and living area with table and nice couch. You could not find a nicer place.
Rafaello was a great host! He was very friendly and communicative. Even though he wasn't able to be present during our stay, he was very accommodating and flexible in making sure that we could check-in/check-out at our convenience.
I LOVED the location of the apartment. It's in a very quiet, residential area with a small grocer around the corner and lots of nearby cafes. The apartment building is very secure and I felt very safe in the area. The best part for us though was the fact that the Villa Bonelli train station was a quick 15 minute walk from the apartment. This station connects quickly to the FCO airport without any transfers. It was also SO easy to get in to centre of town for all your big sight-seeing destinations.
*As a word of advice, the Villa Bonelli station doesn't sell train tickets, so buy yours at another station! (Such as the airport, Termini, Trastavere, etc.) The tickets are inexpensive and are good for a big window of time, so it's pretty easy.
The apartment had all the comforts of home, which is so nice to come home to after a long day of adventuring around the city. Even better than the pictures! I would definitely stay at Rafaello's apartment again on my next trip to Rome!
