Interaction with Guests
We live on the middle floor but we will be sharing the kitchen with you, which is on the ground floor. But we're out most of the day during the week, and in most of the day during the weekend. We're always accessible by e-mail or phone if you did have any questions.
Nestling in the heart of Kent, Ashford is one of the country's fastest growing towns in England, with journey times from London by rail now less than 40 minutes and Europe's cities within hours via Eurostar, Ashford still manages to retain its rural appeal. From its early days as a farming and market town (mentioned in the doomsday book) and railway works roots, Ashford is evolving to meet the needs of tomorrow. So whether you're planning a short visit or family trip, make the most of what Ashford has to offer.
The house is located in the middle of Ashford, approximately 10-15 minutes by foot away from the main railway station, Ashford International, which takes you into East London (Stratford Intl) in 30 minutes and Central London (St Pancras Intl) in 37 minutes. Ashford International Station also serves the Eurostar into Continental Europe.
The house is just a few minutes away from Junction 9 on the M20, which takes you straight to the Eurotunnel entrance on Junction 11A of the M20. Just a little further is Dover Port where you can get ferries into Europe.
It is just a five minute walk away from Ashford Town Centre, where you can enjoy a typical English rural high street. Buses are available in town and closer to the house with routes across Kent and East Sussex.

I had an amazing stay with Trevor and Jandi, so kind and hospitable! Would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Ashford!
Great Experience! in Jandis house, she was very friendly to us and very warm welcome with showeing our rooms, which were very clean, cozy and nice atmosphere. She was very kind, caring and very helpful.
We had a lovely stay at Jandi's house. Her house is beautiful and she is a wonderful host. The photos of her place really don't do it justice. The four of us stayed there, two adults and two children. The top floor of the house worked really well for us. Jandi even let us order dinner after we had put the kids to bed. Lastly the mattress in the main room is the best I have ever slept on we both had a lovely nights sleep and didn't want to get out of bed when it came to morning ! Thanks you Jandi for a fabulous stay :)
Consigliamo vivamente!
We should have arrived at Jandi's place at 9 p.m but because of traffic jam in Brighton, we reached their at 11 p.m. Unfortunately, she didn't receive our message. But still, she warmly welcomed us. We had the complete floor with two nice rooms. Many facilities like TV, electric kettle were provided in the room. Very beautiful bed sheets, comfortable beds and many towels. It was really tidy and nicely decorated. We were free to use stuff for breakfast from the fridge. We were positively surprised. We would love to stay again at Jandi's place. Everything was excellent and simply perfect. Thanks for such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
One of the best stay I had with Airbnb. The house is really big and clean. On the top floor its really quite and the room I rented was big and comfortable. They provided me with kettle and tea/coffe in the room and also with a small breakfast in the kitchen.
The owners are really kind and offered to pick me up with the car, I really appreciate that!
The house is in an amazing position just 5 minutes walking from the town centre.
I would definitely recommend them!!
Excellent in every way! Great hospitality, space, cleanliness. Highly recommendable. Thanks Jandy for a wonderful time and experience. Great host!
