Our two level penthouse is situated in the Dublin Docklands overlooking the canal basin which has plenty of atmospheric restaurants and cafes.
It's a very warm, welcoming and comfortable apartment, with dual aspect balcony to enjoy the sun all day. All of the floors have great views of the Dock or the Liffey to the back and the neighborhood which includes U2 studio and the Head Quarters of Dublin's big tech companies.
Grand canal dock a is our local area and has an array of cafes, bars and restaurants all with terraces overlooking the canal. There is a delicious Italian Bakery, Milano's Pizza, Spanish tapas & Ely gastro pub. The Marker 5* hotel is next door and has a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar. We also have the renowned Board Gais Theater Designed by Daniel Libeskind of New York on our doorstep. We are within 15 minutes walk of Dublin's main attractions.
When booking with us you can enjoy the first floor to yourself with a private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and an adjacent double bedroom for friends or family, which we only let as part of your group. The added price to rent this room will show when you add your extra guests.

The second floor has a shared large open living space & kitchen bar, There is flat screen TV, an iPod stereo system and lots of books available for your entertainment (plus a desk if you really need to get work done!) behind the bar, there is a neat kitchen with a oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the cookware you might need, as well as washer and dryer.
The apartment is in a great location and only a quick stroll or bike ride to top attractions, such as the 02 arena, Hugh Lane Gallery and Grafton Street for shopping. Or, for a feel of local life, food and treats, the lively Saturday market at Temple Bar is only 20 minutes walk. In addition, the apartment is minutes away from some of Dublin's best restaurants, bars and nightlife and the fantastic Phoenix park.
We are more than happy to help with restaurant and travel recommendations for the area and have several books on Dublin in both French & English available for your use.

Séjour parfait à Dublin, en grande partie grâce à l'accueil d'Olivier et de sa femme. L'appartement est superbe, très propre, avec toutes les facilités et entièrement conforme à la description et aux photos. Tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville sont accessibles à pied et Olivier vous donnera d'excellents conseils pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour. Je ne peux donc que vous conseiller cet appartement si vous voulez profiter au maximum de votre séjour à Dublin.
A huge Thank You to Olivier and his wife for hosting us for the weekend. We had a fantastic time exploring the City from this penthouse - it was hard to leave that lounge/dining room...especially in the sunshine!

Olivier and Lisa's apartment is even nicer than it appears in the photos; the local area is very quiet and there are plenty of good places to eat/drink within 5 mins walk; and the hosts are both very nice people. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to stay again.
A great stay, and a nice host. Olivier was very polite and helpful with local advice. The room was clean, modern and with an en-suite bathroom, just what you need. The bed was so comfortable.
The apartment complex is well located in the Grand Canal area.
