Interaction with Guests
Me or my parents will be welcoming you at your arrival. If I am at work, my mum Patrizia or my dad Stefano will give you the keys. I will arrive after 6 pm. We will meet and you could ask me any questions you have on Livorno and Tuscany! It will be a pleasure for me to provide you tips and advices!
The house is behind the hospital, in the city center of Livorno. I suggest you to leave the car in the private parking area we give you and go to the city center on foot, exploring the food market (opening time during the morning), doing shopping, or visiting the oldest part of Livorno, the area called "Venice" and have a boat tour on the canals. These little canals where built first as a defense for the town, then they were expanded and used for commercial purposes, but they are very similar to the ones in Venice, that way the area has the same name of the well known city!
Bus number 4 stops at a few meters from the house. Railway Station is only 15 minutes far.
Children and adults are welcomed at home. We hope you feel comfortable as if you were at your home, with the same respect you have for your own things and furniture!
Do not smoke inside the house. Thanks!
This property is amazing, a lovely duplex in a pretty little gated complex, and Martina is being fabulous. Since we arrived on a Sunday and she wasn't working, she picked up me and my sister at the train station, which was very much appreciated. She came in and showed us everything, then marked on a map all of the important places and which buses to take. She was an absolute fount of information and speaks excellent English. We had the most wonderful time and were perfectly comfortable the three nights we stayed. Also, the location could not be more convenient, with everything you need nearby. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit the area. We used it as a base to visit both Pisa and Florence. An excellent value.
Martina is a very sweet hostess and she has her apartment wired for everything you need (maps, info, bus, history) and she would be glad to help you with any questions, directions, or issues. The location is across from a grocery store, laundry mat, café and some small restaurants. It's very centrally located near the "Mercato" for shopping, "In Centro" and some super Live Music venues in the Venice area. As a long term female tenant of 25 days, the place is quiet and safe, one level with a patio, clean and adorable! I would come back in an Italian heartbeat!!! In bocca lupo!!! OH, and rent her bike....it's fun to ride around town!!
This is a great, cozy and warm little apartment, not far from the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay (our kids loved sleeping in the lounge-room/attic upstairs). It's all very modern and clean, with good wifi connection and TV. There's a parking-spot out of the back of the complex and the complex itself is very safe (there are lots of small townhouses). There are supermarkets all around... And Martina was very welcoming. We would certainly recommend this property!
Martina is amazing! She is super nice and even went as far as to pick us up at a restaurant we were eating at to take us to the apartment for the first time. The place is great and the host is super nice.
Martina's apartment was a really nice and cosy place. It was exactly what we expected and it looked the same as in the pictures. Martina is very welcoming and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay in Livorno as the apartment is a good starting point to visit the beautiful region of Toscany. I recommend this apartment to everybody.
.L'appartamento è molto carino, accogliente, caldo ed arredato con gusto. E' fedele alle foto e ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il contesto è tranquillo e silenzioso. Situato in centro, è quindi molto comodo, nelle sue vicinanze ci sono ristoranti tipici, supermercati (website hidden) siamo sentiti a casa...! E se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Martina.

Ciao! Lavoro a Livorno come impiegata in una casa di spedizioni marittime. Amo viaggiare ogni volta che ferie e risparmi me lo permettono: non importa dove vado, vicino o lontano che sia. Zaino in spalla e... via!!!
