Do you like the beach, the countryside? Are you fond of art, history, and good dishes? In the town center, in a quite residence, we offer you this apartment, with a private space outside where you can have relaxing dinner or breakfast. At the ground floor we offer you a complete kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. At the first floor there is a dining room with a TV and a cosy sofa which becomes a bed for two people more.
There is a comfortable parquet all over the apartment. In the back of the house there is a private car parking. There are heating system, wifi internet and mosquito nets at all the windows.
Towels and sheets are included in the price.
Families with children are welcomed.
The Railway Station is 15 minutes walking, Pisa International Airport 30 minutes by car, Livorno port 10 minutes by car.
There are two supermarkets nearby: Conad City in 5 minutes walking and Ekom discount just in front of the house.
The house is fully available to guests.
Interaction with guests
Me or my parents will be welcoming you at your arrival. If I am at work, my mum Patrizia or my dad Stefano will give you the keys. I will arrive after 6 pm. We will meet and you could ask me any questions you have on Livorno and Tuscany! It will be a pleasure for me to provide you tips and advices!
Children and adults are welcomed at home. We hope you feel comfortable as if you were at your home, with the same respect you have for your own things and furniture!

Ciao! Lavoro a Livorno come impiegata in una casa di spedizioni marittime. Amo viaggiare ogni volta che ferie e risparmi me lo permettono: non importa dove vado, vicino o lontano che sia. Zaino in spalla e... via!!! L'importante è scoprire nuovi posti e modi di vivere diversi dal proprio! I soldi che ho speso meglio sono in assoluto quelli dei miei viaggi. Ho studiato lingue all'Università di Pisa, inglese e spagnolo. Dal mio Erasmus a Bilbao, in Spagna, però, lo spagnolo occupa un posto particolare nel mio cuore!
