Bedrooms:
Relaxation awaits in three bedrooms, each offering a haven of calm. Double beds and ample wardrobes ensure comfort and convenience. All necessary linen and extra supplies are provided.
♢ Bedroom 1: Restful sleep on a double bed with an En-Suite bathroom. A large mirror and TV enhance the space.
♢ Bedroom 2: Find rest and productivity with a double bed, work desk, and chair.
♢ Bedroom 3: Enjoy comfort with a double bed flanked by two nightstands featuring elegant lamps.
Bathrooms:
Indulge in two well-appointed bathrooms, each boasting a bathtub, vanity area, and a full set of towels. The master bedroom enjoys an attached bathroom, while the second bathroom conveniently serves bedrooms 2 and 3.
Kitchen / Dining Area:
Unleash your culinary creativity in the fully equipped kitchen. From a stove, oven, and fridge-freezer, all essentials are at your fingertips. Cookware, dinnerware, and even a filter coffee machine are provided.
Living Room:
Relaxation takes center stage in the living room, nestled by generous windows with views of the front porch. Sink into casual comfort with a sofa bed, TV, and built-in shelves to house your belongings. Additional seating and tasteful décor complete the cozy ambiance.
Additionally, we've provided a selection of games for your enjoyment in the house. Our game collection includes Uno, Connect 4, Jenga, Chess, Checkers, Playing Cards, Backgammon, Sorry, Scene It, and Monopoly. Whether you're looking for a cozy night in or some fun with friends and family, we've got you covered.

Nature beckons from the fully fenced verdant backyard, accessible from the living room.

Parking is a breeze with free public spaces right in front of the house. Accommodate up to two cars with room for more down the road if needed.

For your convenience and comfort, here are some important details:
Security Cameras: Please be aware that we have security cameras located outside – at the front and back corner of the house – ensuring your safety.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times for a smooth transition.
Early check-in and late check-out options are subject to availability. There is an additional fee of $50 for late check-out or early check-in, depending on availability.
Guests are required to submit images of their ID (front and back) before check-in.
Names of all individuals staying or visiting the property must be provided.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at any given time, with no more than 6 allowed for overnight stays.
A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on the premises.
Alarm System:
Below is a quick guide about the alarm system:
1.) Once you place your PIN code in the keypad it disarms the alarm and unlocks the doors.
2.) once inside the home, if you hit the “Home” button, it will turn the alarm on in “Home” mode. If any door is opened when in the Home mode, the PIN code is required within 60 seconds or the system will go off.
3.) if the alarm system is on in “Home” mode and someone is getting ready to leave, the system needs to be turned off first. Once it is off, hit the “Away” button if everyone is leaving the house and it will turn the alarm back on and automatically lock all the doors.
4.) if the alarm system is on in “Away” mode, it will go off if there is any movement in the house.

No Pets: While we adore animals, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets in our space.
Quiet Hours: Respectful quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
