Great neighborhood right by metro-stop. Julian was a great host who informed us about the city. Very respectful and nice
Gracias
Siamo state 4 giorni ospiti da Julian io e mia figlia casa carina e pulita. Grazie ancora!!!!
Julian was a helpful and friendly host who gave us a lot of information and advice and even lent us a guide book while we were there. The room was good and clean and the beds were comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed including clean towels. The location was great too: close to two metro stops and Sagrada Familia. Nice little touches too - a large bottle of water and two chocolates left for us. Great host, location, room and price.
Julian is very nice and quite guy. If you want to spend your time exploring BCN and just have a good place to sleep, I recommend this room.
I stayed in both rooms. Made a mistake by breaking the house rules on night #1 by using the kitchen. The rooms are nice, clean, warmand quiet. The beds are quite comfortable. There's a guidebook in the room and Julian will also explain if you have questions about transportation etc. Overall if you don't have a jetlag after 19 hours of flight and you can get up and leave the room immediately in the morning this is the room for you. If you need some extended rest after flights this might not be the room for you as the host is not comfortable with guest resting too long.
The switch from the first room to second room is also quick as when I switched rooms, the bigger room is available and cleaned.
