  • The listing showed exactly what you got. The location couldn't be better and Julian was extremely helpful in helping us use the metros and trains. We felt safe and at home! We will definitely be back!!

  • Julian's home is located quite centrally, within 5 minute walking distant to a metro stop. Julian was a very humble and kind host, he made us giggle with some of his explanations and didn't hesitate to give us advice and directions, he was even kind enough to organise a taxi for us upon checking out. Julian's home has a lot of natural lighting, with a nice breeze that constantly flows through, thanks for such an enjoyable stay Julian!

  • Julian has been a very great host (more available in explanations and precious informations for visiting city).
His home was clean, good located and very cute.

I advise all to go to Julian for a trip on Barcelona.

  • He is really a nice to get in touch with. This time I went to barcelona without any preparation, only with aid of information from Julian. It is really helpful for us to find all the famous spots in barcelona as well as the delicious food and wine there. I have highly recommendation for Julian.

    thank you for you receptions.

  • It was really a horrible vacation at Julián's apartment. First of all he did not welcome me and my girlfriend friendly. The first thing that he told us were some house rules written down on a paper. He told us not to take too long showers maximum of 10 minutes before anything else. At this point we thought that he is a little bit fuddy-duddy but it became worse. In the first night we came home at 1 AM and 7 AM very quiet to change our clothes at our room for 10 minutes and left the apartment again. In this morning we had a message written on a piece of paper glued at the door: ''I need to talk to you 8 AM''. I felt like I would be Juliàns' little child who has to be there at 8 AM. Of course we did not meet him at 8 AM but at about 10 AM we went back to his apartment and he catched us infront of the room. He told us that this is maybe not the right apartment for us and that we should think about changing our apartment. It would not be usual that the people come in and go out in the middle of the night. I said that I am sorry but I did not know that we are not allowed to come and go quietly when we want to. I told him that I will change the apartment when he gives me back the money for the next nights, but he refused that option. Thus, we did not leave but just tried to come to his apartment for sleeping. He has not a respectful behavior and his flat is not very clean. The neighbourhood is friendly and nice and the location is central. I would not recommend this apartment and this host.

    Response from Julián:

Omid: lying is wrong. Omid and his girlfriend they have come to Barcelona to a music festival. The first night, the night of Thursday to Friday .... almost 2 am, they were wrong floor, tried to open the door to my neighbor on the first floor, a lady who lives alone, at 2am. The lady screamed, and woke up all the neighbors. They came in, went out, came back as 6 am, left again, and come back again at noon. I had to talk to my neighbor, to apologize. I spoke with them (I left a note saying that I had written the note at 3am ... not to 8am) to explain that my house is very quiet, and very clean I talked with Omid, I also spoke with Airbnb people .... to cancel the booking and refund his money, Airbnb can tell the truth. They never heeded the phone. Usually Airbnb guests, is people coming to visit Barcelona, and sleep at night. In 4 nights, 5 days, I never saw them It's an ugly feeling, to have guest at home, 4 nights not sleeping, and to read that your house is not clean, not safe, and other negative things that are not true. Those interested can read more than 121 reviews, apart from the Omid. This has been a very long bad experience. Message to other hosts: I do not recommend Omid girlfriend as guests
