Troia Villa II spans 200 m² and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious en-suite bedrooms. The interior is styled in warm, earthy tones and enhanced by elegant yet inviting furnishings and natural wicker accents, creating a refined boho-inspired atmosphere.

The space
Perfectly situated on a hillside along the north coast of Rethymno, near the vibrant village of Bali, Troia Villas enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The complex comprises three independent villas, each featuring a private swimming pool and four en-suite bedrooms. The nearest beach, along with a variety of shops and amenities, is just 2 km away, while its privileged location also allows easy access to the nearby cities of Rethymno (30 km) and Heraklion (45 km).

-Private 56 m² swimming pool with: Waterfall feature, two in-pool chaise longues, hydromassage area, Children’s shallow section (0.50 m). The pool can be heated upon request, for an additional daily charge.
-Poolside amenities: 6 sun beds with side tables, 2 bean bag chairs, 4 umbrellas, hot-water poolside shower
-Outdoor BBQ & dining area: Gas grill, 2 hobs, sink, fridge, Dining table for 10, 55’’ Smart TV, Retractable pergola for adjustable shade, Outdoor lounge with built-in benches and fire pit
-Kids’ play area on lawn: ping pong table, trampoline, soccer nets, slide
-Parking space within the complex
-Fully fenced complex with gated entrance for security

** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Troia Villas are located in Bali just 2 km away from the homonym sandy beach and beautiful seafront village with lovely views to the Cretan Sea. It is one of the most central locations, from where you can easily access the whole island.

Bali has all kinds of shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, traditional taverns, cafes, bars, beach bars and restaurants and four nearby beaches, the closest one being just 2km away from the villa. In addition, there is a waterpark on the sea including a variety of water attractions for the whole family. A scuba diving centre and water sports can also be found nearby. Bali also offers interesting sightseeing spots nearby, like the Attali Monastery.

Additionally, take advantage of the location and explore the nearby villages and locations such as Panormos, Melidoni Cave, the traditional pottery shops in Margarites, the Ancient city of Eleftherna with its museum, the Zoniana village museum with candle statues, and Anogia where you can interact with real Cretan people and feel the Cretan hospitality. Around those villages you will also be able to see some unique sightseeing spots like the Idaion Andro cave where the Zeus was born according to Greek Mythology and the cave Sfendoni and many more.

Furthermore if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Rethymno town is just 30 km away and Heraklion town is 45 km away, both offering a wide variety of shops, facilities and entertainment.
