the house is completeley renewed from an old part, it's built completely in stones and it's inside a very suggestive nature contest, It's 3.5km far from the main Village Casaprota
it's composed by a flat floor with porch outside with table and sits to have lunch or dinner, a kitchen open in the living room with all the fornitures and comfort needed to live the house comfortably.
It has a chimny in the living room and wood outside in case of necessity and it has heaters in all the room. But in summer time the house is fresh inside and comfortable.
in the flat floor there is a guest room for 2 persons (adding a bending bed it's ossible to add one more person) and it has a private bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is the main bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Both rooms have wardrobe, only a little part of the downstaris wardrobe is occupied my my stuff, the rest is availble for all your needs.
Towels and bed sheets are in the wardrobes to be used. Washing machine outside the porch for loundry.
The land surrounding the house is very suggestive with ancinet olive trees and big caves to visit and old ovens used once to make bread for the whole village that originally was exactly on the hills up on the front of the house.
The land needs to be cut and clean from bad grass at least once every 15 days. The part up on the backyard is more flat and there is a little chalet with electricity and air conditioner cold or heat with remote control and instructions
down to the main street close the house there is a little walk to the little river Montenero, very suggestive and available for little trekking down to the natural swimming pools where to have a pic nic and have a bath
The Village of Casaprota offers many things during summertime, concerts, Festivals for typical food offered in the main square, sportive centre with swimming pools and soccer and tennis and restaurant, all very cheap entrance.
the cost is 500 euros per week for 2, 4 or 3 persons. The period is June July and August from saturday to saturday. Better to have a own car to move from the house to the village or down to the main consolar street Salaria SS4 for visit other villages histrocal interest. A bus goes every hour to Rome to Tibrutina Metro station.
