Unbeatable location

100% of guests in the past year gave this location a 5-star rating.
Featured in Dwell Magazine in 2015, this entirely off-grid retreat was designed and built by architect Greg Dutton. Large glass windows exhibit breath-taking views of the wild countryside. A fireplace, pond and porch complete the setting for a perfect getaway.

The space
This off-the-grid cabin has been designed to connect visitors with the outdoors - without sacrificing modern comforts. The combined living-kitchen area has near-panorama views of the water and countryside. The outdoor eating area has a fireplace which keeps visitors warm and entertained at night. A walking path leads from the front to the pond and surrounding property. There's also a gas grill for cooking outdoors, a fully equipped kitchen, and full bath. The space has been perfectly designed and situated to take full advantage of the surrounding environment, keeping the space cool in summer and warm in winter. Additional indoor heating is included for colder winter months.
