Some assorted notes: - We were asked to estimate the time of our arrival so one of the hosts could meet us at the apartment, but because of timing we ended up collecting the key from a secure location. This was super convenient! - The view from the french doors is even better…

The apartment feels like a description of the Alfama from a guidebook come to life. The sea breeze coming in through the balcony door and windows, the sounds of fado coming from tabernas across the neighborhood. It's stunning and we would stay here again!

This is a very nice place to stay in Alfama. The property is up a good number of stairs and not totally accessible by vehicle, so be aware if you have lots of luggage. The space is very clean and gives you a really great experience while staying in this historic neighborhood.

The apartment was wonderful and in such a beautiful area! It was very clean, spacious, and had wonderful views. We spent the last night sitting by the french doors with a bottle of wine and it was amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend!
