Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Experience the Bentonville downtown lifestyle at The Downtowner located just off the Bentonville Square! Food, Beverages, Entertainment, Trails, Art, etc… just footsteps away! This unique house has a garage set up for entertaining, working on the bike, playing some pingpong while watching a big screen TV or listening to some tunes & that’s just how you enter! 1 QN bedroom down with full bath & 2 QN bedrooms up with shared bath. Full kitchen and living with a deck to die for! Have to see it!

The space
As you enter home through garage, the lower QN bedroom has a nice modern full bath with walk in shower and a walk in closet. Then head upstairs to the main living area where the laundry closet and double vanity full bath with walk in shower sit on the left, while the other 2 QN bedrooms are on the right with nice open closet space. Continue down the hall into the full kitchen and living space that has a nice large island with 8 bar stools. From here you can walk out and enjoy the large deck with a gas grill and experience what Downtown Bentonville is all about!

The whole guests house is yours to use including your own private garage that is set up for a GameRoom/Bike Shop!

Other things to note
1) The step up as you enter the garage is a littler taller than an average step and is marked with safety tape to make guests aware to be careful as you enter.
2) Great safe neighborhood for riding bikes and walking! Very relaxing!
