The space
Hey! Thanks for checking out Hummingbird Hill! We’re your hosts, Serena and Noah, and we can't wait to tell you a little more about this incredible space. This enchanting home offers an unforgettable family-friendly art experience, where creativity and inspiration blend seamlessly with the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding wilderness. This is not your average Airbnb. It is a living breathing art project with big ambitions. We put at least 10% of booking fees into our New Art Fund. So book your stay and join the HBH family.

We have been working hard to cover this home in truly stunning larger-than-life art painted by some of the coolest local and international artists. And we're just getting started. Our dream is to grow Hummingbird Hill into a beacon of visionary art in the Rockies.

NEW FEATURES:
We have added TVs to two bedrooms. Classic Golden Tee arcade game for the Spacement.

The Outside:
Hummingbird Hill is located on 13 beautiful mountain acres. With several peaks and valleys on the property, the adventurous will have plenty of wild mountain terrain to explore.

When you arrive you'll be greeted by a striking black home with bright murals painted by the Designosaur and Klonism.

The Inside:

Each bedroom has its own distinct style - We hope there is something for everyone.

The Master Bedroom: Painted by husband and wife team Lindz and Lamb, local Denver muralists, in their signature "Lambscape" style. King bed.

The Jungle Room: 360 degrees of junglescape, filled with friendly and colorful characters, painted by British street artist Klonism. Queen bed.

The Galo's: Italian street artist, Galo, painted some of his signature characters in the basement bedroom, giving it a distinct flair. Queen bed.

The Spacement: The Spacement at Hummingbird Hill was designed and painted by the Desingosaur, AKA Julia Williams, a wildly talented local Denver artist. It's the perfect space to have a little dance party or lounge around with your group.

Other art in the house:

New LED light features throughout the home from PhotonicBliss, a world-class LED designer featured in Meow Wolf and beyond.

The London Police have painted some of their characters, called "lads," in some obvious and some not-so-obvious places around the home. Can you find them all?

Lightdrips wall: The living room is lit by a 8ft x 8ft light wall painted by local Denver artist Lightdrips.

The Hummingbirds:
As the name suggests, Hummingbird Hill is home to dozens of hummingbirds that spend the spring and summer cruising around with their delightful sounds and amazing energy.

A note on stay length: we generally welcome 1 night reservations, but we really recommend 2 or more nights to get the most bang for your buck.

Guest access
The whole home is yours to explore, except for the garage and utility closet. Please note, this is a mountain home with a dirt and gravel driveway. 4x4 or AWD is a must!

Hummingbird Hill is on 13+ magical mountain acres, bordered by national forest land that you are welcome to explore. Please use caution.

Smart locks are on the front and back door.

We are only 5 minutes from I-70.

To Ski Mountains:
About 1 hour drive to world class skiing and snowboarding at Keystone, Vail, and Copper Mountains.

Pets:
We have recently begun allowing pets with an additional pet fee of $200 to cover deep cleaning and additional wear and tear on furniture etc.

Please remember that we are in the wild mountains of Colorado, consider keeping your dog on a leash until you are comfortable that they will not run off over the mountains.
